Reunion of Flowers and Thorns

As the human stirred awake from their nap,they noticed the stir of footsteps had deceased.After getting out of bed,Y/n peeked outside and noticed the reason why.Their "little nap" had actually ended up lasting for all morning and afternoon,leading into the late hours of the night.Feeling the bandaging,their head didn't hurt as much anymore,apart from the slight stinging.Y/n decided that the light glaze of the moon sky was the perfect time to take a walk outside.

You took a look in the dresser,trying to decide what to wear.Since nothing look much appealing due to the many colors of pink,you decided to wear a dark pink oversized jacket that covered a rosy striped shirt and some deep raspberry jeans.You found a pair of black shoes and slipped those on with some white socks.Feeling satisfied with your outfit of choice,you headed to the door and quietly stepped outside into the hall.

Slowly and quietly walking down the halls,you stared in awe at your location.It felt like you were walking though the halls of a mighty yet vicious ruler's domain.Though,you did find a giant frame with a map of this place.Noticing on a lower floor was a garden,you decided your walk will take place there.After a bit of turns,you found the staircase.Knowing your long journey to the garden,you sighed and started to descend down the many floors.

Blixer's POV

It was dark
Quiet
Peaceful
Calming

I never realized the job of a King could be this stressful at times.....though I'm glad there's a Garden here.I'm able to just come out here when I'm free and take a breather.It's especially calming at night,when the only one up is the people who decide to stay up and watch the night sky.

Now that I got the news that Cuda had found Y/n,I couldn't help but feel more relaxed than ever.Now with them here,I could finally keep them safe and make up for the lost time we had missed.I was so at ease I didn't realize the footsteps coming to where I had been sitting at until they were close by.

Once I had heard that the person had come close enough,I spoke to them without turning to them

"It's a nice night out...wouldn't you think?"

Y/n POV

Finally reaching the garden,Y/n took in a big breath of air and seemed to relax a bit.The night air was so fresh and cool like a soft blanket on a rainy evening.They walked around on the stone tiles as they admired the gardening around them.In the middle was a fountain of flowing pink water.The water seemed to reflect all the perfect colors of the moon and sparkling stars.

Turning to their left,they noticed the distant glow of a lantern by a very lively tree.Interested,they headed in the direction of the pink light.Once close enough,they noticed that the tree was decorated with soft pink fairy lights.The grass was decorated in both gentle and dangerous looking flowers.What they failed to noticed was the tall figure sitting beside the tree.Though,the figure was sure to make it's presence known

"It's a nice night out...wouldn't you think?"

The low,rough voice of the figure startled Y/n.They didn't realize someone else was out here,let alone in the same place they were.The male noticed the smaller person's surprise and chuckled.

"Don't fret,I'm not as scary as I am told to be.Even a king needs to rest at times."

Y/n wondered if this was the "King Blixer" Cuda talked about.As if it was natural,they relaxed.Stepping closer to take a better look at them from the side,they did seem a bit frightening.Though,as if it was some past memory to them,they were more at peace than worried.As they sat in the grass,they noticed the king smile at them.

"I'm glad you're back here,especially with me

You paused before immediately looking at "King Blixer".You couldn't believe your ears! Was this.....was this him???

"Wait....BLIX?!"
