Love Is A Game Not To Be Played (DISCONTINUED)

Chapter 1: Let The Games Begin

"Stop" Link said in an exasperated tone. He was fed up with the whole 'Link and Eve together forever'. To be honest he couldn't believe for one minute that Ella had thought they would make a couple.

But as it was revealed this was not the truth. The true harbored feelings of Link were for Eve. He didn't want to tell the triplets how he felt, especially Aria, so he decided to go forth and deny it again.

He slunk towards the triplets and said in a dejected tone and said "I have no particular strong feelings of fondness for you". Through each precise word he could feel his heart break. He loved this woman more than anything. He wanted a relationship with her. To make her feel safe. To feel nothing more than for her to be his.

But little did he know he had another thing coming for him. Life had set up its own path of twists and turns where Link would win the heart of Eve Harvey. However, he first had to get through Aria the second oldest of the Harvey triplets. For she might be small but she was feisty and very protective of Eve. Anyway, not far away, and a couple of days later, moonlight was pondering upon her thoughts.

" hmm how I wonder how link and eve look together won't that be lovely" Moonlight thought as she was ironically sitting under the moonlight. She continued to think out loud "Link and Eve would make the a wonderful couple. I wonder if eve even realized how great he is? And how in love he was with her." The thought of them as a couple warmed moonlights heart. The thought that would make her their matchmaker in heaven. Ella continued to mull over her thoughts, but much quieter. Little did she know just outside her window underneath the creaking willow tree was Link, listening and hanging onto every word she said.

"Me and eve eh?" Link thought to himself and he tucked a loose strand of hair behind his ear. "As dreamy a fantasy that is I had to be realistic, and think to myself first, what the odds were. But even With moonlight's approval...Hmmm how could an artist like her love an untalented oaf like me? It's hopeless and yet her presence never leaves my mind."
Link started to walk around the house and stopped abruptly outside Eve's window. "After since the first day and I saw her beaming smile bright enough to break darkness. Being around her after that only made my secret affections grow, as secrecy does make grow most things. Every single thing she did earned my attention and I felt like if I waited another moment without telling her my intention I might burst...I do hope there's some chance" of our union. Because I know with all of my existence, she's the one.

But Link only knew that there was one issue he would have to overcome within this treacherous game. It wasn't Aria being overprotective, but a certain something or should we say certain someone?
