Chapter 2: The Crest
ONEAL
"Approaching Isla de Las Muerte with approximately altitude of 10,000 ft. We're now preparing to descend." The pilot announced.
I could see the whole island of Las Muerte from above. A huge, rambling, quite scary-looking castle with a jumble of towers and battlements that surrounds the Academy, a volcano on the south, a beach on the northwestern part, a rocky waterfalls on the southern west, and a small town-like place on the west. Ilan lang iyan sa mga nakikita ko mula sa himpapawid.

Indeed, we're already at Venom Academy.
Pagkalapag ng helicopter, naunang bumaba yung isang servant para alalayan akong makababa and as I stoop down the chopper, I looked at the surroundings. May tumatama pang hibla ng buhok ko sa mata dahil sa ihip ng sariwang hangin na nanggagaling sa dagat.
I'm in awe.
I never thought na totoo pala yung mga narinig ko kay KL na may bulkan sa likod ng Academy. Ayon pa sa mga narinig ko, the volcano has been dormant for the past 100 years. Hindi nabahala ang mga nagtayo ng Academy kaya fourty nine years ago, the founders decided to build the academy.
Paglingon ko sa kanan, I saw a tall brown-haired guy wearing a black uniform, walking towards our direction. Ilang metro pa ang layo niya saamin pero nakita ko ng nakasuot siya ng shades.
Hindi ko tuloy naiwasang mapairap ng bahagya. Kalalaking tao ang arte, may pashades pang nalalaman makulimlim naman.
"Uncle." Bati ni KL pagkalapit niya saamin, nagmano pa kay uncle.
"Ugh great." I whispered.
Nung nakita kong bumaling siya ng tingin saakin, the side of his lips rose to form a smirk. "Sup, your highness." He said with full of sarcasm. He even winked and slightly bent his body, obviously teasing me because he know how I hate that kind of gesture.
Inikutan ko tuloy ulit siya ng mata.
"Aguy, attitude ang prinsesa." He teased again then playfully jabbed my waist which made my brows furrowed.
