Your POV
     You have been at CHB for about 4 months now. You were a year round camper, just like your best friend, Malcolm Pace. You guys got along well. He designed things and did all the math and other...stuff that I don't understand, while I make them. We redesigned all the cabins after Percy and Annabeth moved to New Rome.

     The problem. Malcolm Pace. Your friend. You had a HUGE crush on him. Yeah. But you didn't want to ruin your friendship with him. So you were fine just being his friend. Well that is when you guys were together. When you were alone, you were fantasizing how great it would be to date him.

Malcolm's POV
     Me and my best friend, Y/n, have been working on the cabins and how each one should look. I've always had a crush on her. Before she was claimed, I thought she was a child of Aphrodite. Or at least a descendent. But I was wrong. How? I don't know. Do I love her? Yes. You know what, I'm gonna confess to her today. After lunch. Yeah. Our 30 minute break period.

     'Hey Y/n'
     "Yeah?"
      'Can you meet me by the lake after lunch?'
      "Sure"
       Just then the lunch horn sounded. I was so nervous.

Your POV
     Malcolm wanted to talk to me after lunch. I wonder what it is. Does he feel the same about me? Na. No way. He deserves better.
After lunch
      You were heading towards the lake to where Malcolm told you to meet him at.
     "So you wanted to talk to me?"
     'Yeah.'
     "Go on..."
     'Y/n, I have had a crush on you since you first came here. I thought you were a child of Aphrodite. You are so beautiful. And you are amazhang. Literally perfect in every which way. I love you Y/n. So will you be my girlfriend?'
      Dam, that must've taken some serious balls to say. And he feels the same way. This is the best day ever.
     "Of course I'll be your girlfriend. How couldn't say no to you?"

Malcolm's POV
     She said yes. SHE SAID YES! Woah. The prettiest, most amazhang girl in the entire camp is my girlfriend.
     I lean in, as does she, and we share the most amazhang on land kiss of all time.

     I know this sucks.
