breaking their sleep schedule [haikyuuxmaleoc]

"m/n.." sugawara mumbled. he shook the sleeping male. he sighed when m/n didn't wake up and left to get daichi.

m/n had fallen asleep during practice and still hasn't woken up. if he doesn't wake up soon, he'll miss his classes.

daichi sighed as he heard sugawara calling for him, already knowing it was about their narcoleptic setter. he quickly changed and put his volleyball clothes in his locker.

he left the club room and was immediately seen by sugawara. the team mom ran up to him and, without saying anything, dragged daichi away.

"where are we going?" the captain asked.

sugawara glanced back and answered. "i'm taking you to m/n. he wont wake up."

hearing those words worried daichi. what ifs were flowing through his head as they got closer to m/n's sleeping form.

the volleyball captain sighed and crouched beside m/n. he then began to shake the poor boy roughly. sugawara watched in horror but made no movements to stop him.

a groan from m/n surprised the two. he can't really feel anything while sleeping so this made daichi shake him faster, hoping to wake him up completely.

surprisingly, it worked. the h/c male groaned as he sat up. slouching, he tiredly glared at the two first years. "what..?"

sugawara rolled his eyes and adopted a sassy pose. "you're gonna miss your classes, idiot. homeroom is almost over." daichi nodded and crossed his arms with a stern look. he didn't say anything, but his point was clear.

m/n's eyes widened. "what?!" he dug through his bag. as he turned on his phone, the brightness blinded him for a while but it didn't minimize the panic he felt when he saw the time. the narceleptic boy quickly stood up and ran out the gym. "thanks for waking me up! i'll pay you guys back after practice!"

the two third years sighed at m/n's forgetful nature. sugawara picked up the carefully wrapped bento, probably made by m/n's mother. "how long do you think it'll be until he remembers?"

daichi shrugged as they began to walk back to their respective classes. "probably at lunch. that's when he'll need it."
