The party was on full swing as bad bunny's music came from the speaker, the sun was fully out, my little cousins were all in the pool, I could see my uncle Tito at the grill, he was in charge of the grill at every cook out, I spotted my two brothers sitting by my mom with huge smiles on their faces, which brought a smile to my own.

Today was going to be the perfect day, I had a good feeling about it.

I was sitting with my best friend Niatia as she talked my ear off. She had just found out that Marco the nigga she been messing with had a whole baby on the way and she ain't want to parts of the baby mama drama. Shit I don't blame her. Bitches here acted like birds.

"Man these niggas don't know how to act, talking about I'm DiFfErEnt! Sir you a cum rag," I rolled my eyes as she laughed. I told her ass not to mess with Marco, he was known in the hood for having community dick.

I turned to her with the quickness "sis I really hope y'all used protection, y'kno Marco been around the block a couple of times with his dirty pinto bean neck ass" I looked at her as she gave me the "duh face".

"Bitch I ain't stupid! He tried but I was not going for that trap, dick so bomb I might've ended up pregnant chile!" We both started dying from laughter. This is what I love about our relationship, we could make each other laugh no matter what.

"Hermana", I jumped up as Angel snuck up from behind me and whispered in my ear. He knew I hated when he did that shit.

"Ay cabron! What's wrong with you?!" I stood up as I hit him lightly on the chest, giving him a big hug, his ass always showing up late to these things.

"How are you sissy?" I let go of him as he looked down at Titi, they stared at each other for a lil bit too long.

"Dang y'all wanna go get a room or sumn, stop undressing my best friend in ya eyes Angel!" I interrupted the moment.

"Hey Angel, how are you?" Was this bitch BLUSHING??? I looked at my brother as he smiled

"Come here and give me a hug titi, why you so far?" I looked between them as titi got up from her chair and gave him a hug. That shit seemed hella personal.

"I am confusion!! Y'all niggas fucking?" Titi immediately let go of my brother as he laughed, hearing someone's else laugh I finally looked beside him and oh my goodness, I swear to God my pussy lips tingled.

Beside him was probably the finest man I've ever seen, I've been around Angels friends before and I'd never met him, my brother didn't trust a lot of people to come around the family so I was surprised to see a new face.

When he finally stopped laughing he looked straight at me and his light brown eyes seemed to be like a golden pool, I couldn't look away and neither could he.

He was probably 6'3 to my very tall 5'10 which I got from my dads side of the family, his skin was a deep dark brown, he had a scar from his eye brow down to his eye but it only added to the mystery of him, his smile was so bright and beautiful it made me smile, it just seemed contagious.

"Hey Im marquees, you must be Dayana" he said in a deep soothing voice.

"Hey, just call me Yaya," I knew my light ass was probably blushing, I looked at angel as he looked between me and his friend and lowly chuckled as he shook his head.

"Aight Im gonna say hi to mama and the rest of the fam, I'll see y'all later!" They both walked away as me and titi sat back probably drooling.

"Did you see that man titi? Goddamn he was fine" I said

"Sis you better get on that before your hoe ass cousin Carmen do, that bitch already plotting," I looked towards my cousin Carmen as she stared at marquees, of course her hoe ass went and took off her top revealing a bikini under.

"Mane fuck that I got that boy on lock, ion care," marquees looked back at me giving me a smile as I did a little wave back at him. His ass was definitely getting this punani. It's been 2 years since the last time I fucked and he was too beautiful to let the opportunity pass up.

After my brother and his friend did they rounds of hellos which consisted of hugging and kissing the whole damn family they came to sit with titi and I.

"So what's goin' on with y'all huh? Titi you still going to school or what?" Angel asked.

Titi went to UCLA in a full scholarship. My best friend was smart as fuck.

"Yeah, Im off for the summer and start my next semester in September, crazy I'm already on my second year," she said as she blushed.

"That's good babe, the only way outta here is your education. I've been telling yaya but her ass wanna be stubborn," he replied looking at me. I just rolled my eyes.

"You know I'm saving up for school pendejo, I ain't get a full scholarship, not all of us are smart like titi" they all laughed but I was dead serious. That girl had a 4.0 GPA all of high school. Meanwhile I had Bs and C in math.

"You know I can pay for that shit man, don't be making excuses," Angel replied, it's not the first time he's offered to pay but I just couldn't bring myself to take dirty money. I know it sounds dumb but that money came from him doing illegal shit and I wasn't with it.

"So what about you marquees? How you know my brother?" I looked directly at his eyes, for some reason I couldn't look away.

Everything about him seemed confident, the way he sat, the way he brought the bottle of corona to his lips and drank it, the way he ate, the way he laughed, everything! I had just met this man but he already had me intrigued.

"Me and Angel been knowing each other for a couple of years, I've met ya family before but I think you were in Arizona with ya pops," damn so he really knew my brother if he knew about my pops.

"So you from around here?" I asked.

"Yes ma'am, Boyle heights but I live downtown now, me and Angel be around here all the time tho'" oh so he got money money?

"So you got a girlfriend or what?" Titi asked

We looked at each other and I gave her a lil wink, she was trynna find the information for me and I loved her for it.

Angel gave her a dirty ass look while me and Marquees laughed.

"Nah, I've been too busy with work to have a girlfriend, but I ain't opposed to the idea of one" he said as he looked directly at me and gave me a wink.
