Blackie rapidly crossed out the poorly written papers. This was his third try to write an imitation of the legal papers he had seen during his brief stay to America, and it was just as miserable as the others. The time that he had off because of missing potions he intended to use to the fullest. But all books of British wizard law were in the 'OWLs and Above' section of the library. So he was doing his best to make do with random memories.
He was slightly late to defense, so the only seat left was with a loud, red-headed Gryffindor. Harry sat down and tried to listen to the lecture, but kept being interrupted.
"No-ow, o-opennn yo-our b-b-bookss t-o page fif-ft-een. Iiiiiit'ss the ch-ch-apt-ter on-"
"You're Hadrian Potter-Black. I've seen news on you."
"Really..."
"Yeah! Why'd you do that to that girl last night?"
"Oh? What did I do?"
"I don't know, but you must have done something!""-the des-truction. D-d-des-truction?! O-of per-sinal-"
"Maybe you didn't do anything to her. Your retort to Snape was pretty cool. Let's be friends!"
"Pardon?" Harry didn't know which he was more stuck upon, that this boy thought that was a retort, or that he wanted to be friends.
"Please? It's... important to me..."
"Let's introduce ourselves."
The boy brightened up. "I'm Ronald Weasley. Call me Ron tho, everyone else does."
'A Weasley? This kid is a Weasley? From the same family as-'
"I'm Harry, if we're doing nicknames, and it's nice to meet you."
Ron grinned.<><><><>
En- Really short chapter, but I just wanted to get something out. Ron is the first of Blackie's two human friends in Hogwarts. I really liked Ron in the books, but the movies were so bad to him. Sorry about this chapter though.
