Days go by, I had been talking to Bill almost every day and it felt good to be around him.

Christmas was in two weeks ahead, Bill offered to live in his vacation house in Mexico during Christmas break. My siblings was excited to hear about it and for Bill and Jade to join us.

“Are you two together?” Clay asked,

“No, we are just friends!” I said

“Sis you have been taking care of us for so long, why do not you start taking care of yourself? Next year it is your 25th birthday, you are getting old and all you can think about is us.” Clay said, and I looked away holding my tears.
He was right

“What is wrong Elsa?” he questioned

“I want to do that, I really do but you are my first priority and responsibility. I promise it to mum and I will make sure of it,” I assured him,

“I know Elsa, but at least find a boyfriend.” He suggested

“Do you mind finding me one?” he asked joking,

“Are you serious?” I asked

“I have one in mind” he replied

“Who?” I asked

“Bill!” he replied and I slapped his shoulder playfully

It is funny how he pretended he did not said it at all
“Christmas is going to be lit, I heard Bill have a big house in Mexico,” he said to cover up his messy

“Who told you that?” I asked

“Jade” he answered

“Gossip boys, shame on you,” I joked

“Seriously?” he asked

“It is okay baby brother,” I
replied and he rolled his eyes

“Who are you calling baby?” he asked

“Who else?” I laughed

“I am really glad I got myself a good siblings and friends,” I said taping at his shoulder

“You deserve them sis,” he claimed

“Go tell Maggie and Stacy we will go shopping this evening,” I told him and went back to my room

“Yeah,” he sighed

“But let me treat you tonight, dinner or anything?” he told me when I was at my room’s door

“So sweet of you, I appreciate it brother! Let us have family dinner then.” I said with excited face

“And hey, Remember next week we will visit mum’s grave,” I told him to make sure he did not forget about it

“How can I forget,” he reassured

The completely evening shopping went well, we bought new pairs of clothes for Christmas trip and swimming suit as Bill mentioned his house pool at Mexico.

Family dinner went amazing.

After one week, we went to our parent’s grave and place bouquet of flowers on both of grave.

“Hello mum and Dad,” I greeted

“We really miss having you around, so many things happened since you gone. I found a new job; Maggie graduated a few months ago; Stacy and Clay grown up and they all miss you so much.” I burst into tears and pulled them into comfort hug.

“We are really working so hard to make your dreams come true, we wish you was here to see us growing and shine. We will make sacrifices worth it,” Maggie said

“Mom we will come back soon to tell you a good news, Elsa found a boyfriend,” Clays said and I slapped his shoulder playfully

“Clay stop!” I shot him a glare

“Mom can you please tell Elsa to take care of herself, she is working day and night. She is concerned about our life more than hers,” Stacy said

“Stacy!” I said on the edge of tears

“Elsa we are worried about you,” Maggie claimed

“I know I work restless; but it is for you own sake. I really want you to have a great future you deserve,” I replied and they stayed silent

“Mom we will spend this Christmas in Mexico with our friends, we wish you was here but we are sure that wherever you are; when we are happy, you feel it,” I said to lighten up the mood

We left around 5 Pm after cleaning up their graves.
