After having a talk with Bill, I went back home and I was happy to get to know more about him.
The next day Jade told me that after her mother died; he never open up to many people so he started being workaholic to distract him from talking to almost of his friends.
It had been two weeks since the argument, am happy we got over it and we had been acting strictly professional during working hours.
He asked me again if I was still interested in grabbing a dinner together and I had no reasons to say no.
Today we were having dinner, it’s had not been my things going out with guys. So if I say it’s was my first, do not make fun of me.
I applied minimum makeup and put on my bodycon dress Maggie gave me on my birthday.
“Wow you look stunning in that dress sis!” Maggie said
“Thank you!”
“Are you going on date?” she asked,
“No Maggie, it is just dinner with a friend,” I said and she looked at me in do not lie to me face
“You should find a boyfriend Elsa,” she said
“I have you as my family; that is what matter to me,” I said proudly
“Think about it, it is time to let someone take care of you as you take care of others,” she Replied me in calm voice
“Okay I promise, I will give it a shot,” I said
I heard someone knocking on the door, I hesitated for awhile before I headed downstairs to check out it was Bill.
I was nervous and happy at the same, I was not shy type but when it comes to Bill; there was something about him I cannot put my hands on.
“Elsa your date is here to pick you up” she said with mocking face
“It is not a date Maggie,” I replied with widened eyes
“Whatever,” she said and rolled her eyes
“Have fun sis”
Bill was wearing a grey suit, he looked awesome and to be honest I thought I had feelings for him the moment I raised my eyes on his handsome face. How can a handsome rich boy like Bill still single at his age, I asked myself when I was about to reach him.
“Wow! You look beautiful Elsa,” he complimented
“So do you,” I Replied
After 15 minutes drive, he parked at some fancy restaurant I never been at before and that place was beautiful and quit.
“This place look fantastic,” I said
“You deserve this Elsa,” he said
“May I?” he pulled back my desk for me to sit
“Gentleman ever,” I laughed
“Mr. Logan so good to see you again,” Manager of restaurant said and placed menu in front of us
”Thank you,” he said
“What are you having?” she asked
“Champagne please, we will order something to eat later,” he replied and I was still busy crossing my eyes over that expensive menu
“Elsa what are you having?” he asked, I raised my eyes
I looked back at menu,
“Everything here is expensive Bill, I do not know,” I replied
