Alfred and Bruce went into the office.
"I don't have a good feeling about Mr Valeska. He is acting weird and I don't want you to get hurt. What if he turns out to be like his dead brother, who, let me remind you, have had a knife to your throat twice master Bruce!" Alfred said.
"Alfred, Jeremiah is nothing like his brother." Bruce said, he was about to say something else when Alfred stopped him.
"Don't you remember a few years ago when you and Jeremiah were tied to chairs and Jerome gave his brother a chance to try and stab him? Didn't Jeremiah there try and stab his brother?"
"Yes he did but anyone would have done that if they got the chance to kill him."
"Yeah but it proves, master Bruce, that Jeremiah have the ability to stab someone. And what If the next time it's you he tries to stab?"
"He won't!"
"You don't know that! And I don't think we are safe in this house until he gets out! He's probably gonna turn as crazy as his brother!" Alfred had started yelling. Bruce was about to yell back when he saw Jeremiah in the doorway. He could see on Jeremiah that he had heard most of the conversation. Alfred saw Bruce was looking behind him and he immediately turned around like he was about to get attacked or something like that.
"I don't wanna cause any trouble.. I'll leave today.." Jeremiah said with tears in his eyes, he was hurt by Alfreds words.
"Jeremiah-" Bruce was about to say when Jeremiah left to go to his room.
"Can't you see that he wouldn't hurt us? He just wanted a place to stay Alfred!" Bruce yelled at Alfred right before he ran after Jeremiah.

Bruce stopped Jeremiah in the hallway. Bruce saw Jeremiah wipe away a tear rolling down his cheek right before he caught up with him.
"Jeremiah." Bruce said and grabbed his shoulder.
"No, I'm gonna leave. I don't wanna cause trouble between you and Alfred Bruce.." Jeremiah said. Bruce could see Jeremiah's glasses were a bit foggy. Jeremiah went to his room and Bruce followed him.
"Bruce its fine.." Jeremiah assured him while he started to pack some of his things on the ground.
"No its not. You can stay. I'll talk to Alfred." Bruce said. Jeremiah turned around.
"Bruce stop." Jeremiah said. "Just stop." a tear rolled down his cheek while his glasses became more foggy. Bruce hugged Jeremiah, taking his arms around his neck. Jeremiah tried to stop crying but Alfred's words really hurt him and he couldn't stop the tears from coming, he almost started hulking and he didn't know why. Bruce didn't let go of Jeremiah, Jeremiah hugged him back and buried his face into Bruce's shoulder, starting to cry even more. Bruce stopped hugging Jeremiah. Jeremiah took off his glasses and wiped away the tears, he was trying to control his breathing so he didn't hulk. Bruce could see it on him.
"Jeremiah, I will always be here for you. You know that. Is there something else that is also bothering you?..." Bruce asked and took Jeremiah's hand.
"I d-dont know!" Jeremiah said with tears rolling down his cheeks. Bruce hugged Jeremiah again. Jeremiah hugged him tightly back, digging his face into his shoulder and quietly started hulking.

After a few minutes Bruce had grabbed Jeremiah some tissues. They sat down on the bed.
"I don't know why I'm so.. Showing so many emotions." Jeremiah said and blew his nose in the tissue he got from Bruce. He just wanted to keep crying even though he knew it wouldn't help anyone if he just started hulking again.
"It's okay to cry Jeremiah. And I'll talk to Alfred. Don't worry." Bruce said and took Jeremiah's hand.
"That's nice Bruce, but I don't think he will change his mind. He just thinks I'm a psychopath like jerome." Jeremiah said and felt a tear roll down his cheek. "I'm gonna get ready to leave now.."
Jeremiah was about to get up but Bruce grabbed his arm.
"Jeremiah please.." Bruce said.
"Bruce its best for us both. And, remember this isn't goodbye, I'm just moving somewhere else." Jeremiah whispered.

35 minutes later Jeremiah stood with two bags in his hands and ready to leave, him and Bruce were standing outside by the door about to say goodbye. Alfred was standing in the kitchen looking from the window.
"Thank you for letting me stay. It was.. An interesting experience." Jeremiah said to Bruce. He tried to smile but he couldn't.
"It was nice having you." Bruce said with a smile even though he knew Jeremiah wasn't happy. "I'll miss you." Bruce whispered, making sure Alfred couldn't hear.
"I'll miss you too. I'll text you my address when I get one. Bye Bruce." Jeremiah whispered and took out his hand. Bruce shook his hand.
Jeremiah put his bags in his car and got in, he then drove away.

An hour later Jeremiah was sitting in his car in a parking lot. He turned off the car. He felt the tears roll down his cheeks. He put his arms on the steering wheel and put his head down on them starting to cry a lot. He was just thrown out of the only house he felt safe in, the only place he found comfort in, the only place where he could say he had someone who loved him. He didn't know where to go or who to go to. He had noone in Gotham, or anyone near gotham. He had noone, he was lost, and didn't know what to do now. Jeremiah took his head up and took off his glasses and wiped away the tears and rubbed his eyes. He then put his glasses back on. He looked out of the window and realized he was one block away from the gcpd.
"Maybe.. Maybe Gordon knows a temporary place I could stay?" Jeremiah said to himself. He knew deep down that he probably didn't know or didn't care, but he just looked for hope right now.
He got out of his car and walked towards the gcpd.

He walked in and almost ran directly into Jim.
"Jeremiah?" Jim said.
"I need a favor Gordon." Jeremiah said.
"A favor?" Jim asked suspicious.
"Do you-"
"Hey Jeremiah I've been looking for you!" Bruce suddenly grabbed Jeremiah's arm and pulled him away from jim.
"Bru-"
"Shush. Jim can't know that you left. It will make things more complicated." Bruce whispered aggressively.
"And you dragging me away doesnt make things seem suspicious? Why didn't you call me!" Jeremiah whispered aggressively back.
"Sorry, I was trying to figure out stuff with Alfred. I'll get into detail later, I'll help you find a place today. And I have a solution to this." Bruce whispered and turned over to Jim who was very confused.
"sorry about that Jim. Jeremiah just didn't know where I was. But it's fine now. See you tomorrow?" Bruce said to Jim.
Jim had a very suspicious face. He knew something was off, but he was too tired to deal with it now.
"Yeah. See you tomorrow. Don't be late again." Jim said and left them alone.
"I'm sorry Jeremiah. Can we go out to your car and talk?" Bruce asked.

They sat in Jeremiah's car.
"Again I'm sorry Jeremiah. Alfred was being very rude-"
"You don't have to protect him Bruce. I don't blame you. Alfred said what he said and I cant change that and neither can you. It was best that I left before it got out of hand." Jeremiah said.
"I know.. But after you left.. Alfred was.. I dont know.." Bruce said. He was even confused about what he was saying.
"What do you mean? Did he do something? Say something?" Jeremiah asked concerned.
"after you left and I got back inside he started off with saying 'now we won't have to worry about him anymore'. So I asked him what he meant by that and that you weren't gonna hurt anyone. He then said that he knew somethign was going on between us so of course I asked him what he meant and he said he thinks you were manipulating me and just yeah. It was a mess. I then decided to look for you Jeremiah, you are the only thing I need right now." Bruce said. Jeremiah was a little shocked over what Alfred had said but he honestly wasn't that surprised.
"I was only gone for an hour, and yet I still missed you a lot." Jeremiah said and looked Bruce in the eyes. Bruce smiled and leaned in and kissed Jeremiah softly on the lips.
"Why don't we go and find an good apartment for you?" Bruce said with a smile. Jeremiah smiled a little and started the car. Jeremiah wasn't in the mood for this but he had to find an apartment as soon as possible anyway, and now Bruce offered his help.

A 'few' hours later they had found a big and nice apartment from a very nice apartment building. Jeremiah was happy with the apartment and Bruce was happy that the apartment wasn't that far away from his home.
It was a big apartment and also a quite expensive one; it looked like an apartment for an millionaire. There was a big living room with a long couch and windows all around, his bedroom was a room with a double bed and a big window and it also had a walk-in closet.
His kitchen was also sorrounded by windows. The counters and island looked like marble and there was a black refrigerator.
He also had a big balcony he could go out on from the living room.
He had a room for cleaning clothes and cleaning supplies and a bathroom of course.
His apartment was amazing and he couldn't have found a better apartment.
It was almost 10 pm and Bruce and Jeremiah were outside on the balcony looking at the sun going down. Bruce took Jeremiah's hand and looked at him.
"I love you." He said looking into Jeremiah's eyes. Jeremiah was shocked that Bruce said that. He then tried to get his courage back up.
"I love you too." Jeremiah then said nervously, but after the words had came out he felt relieved. Bruce smiled and kissed Jeremiah, putting his arms around him. Jeremiah took his arms around Bruce too. Bruce stopped kissing Jeremiah and looked at him with a smile, Jeremiah smiled too. Jeremiah put his head on Bruces shoulder and Bruce put his head down and hugged him a little tighter. This moment was everything to them.

A few minutes later they were laying on the couch making out, their shirts were half open. Bruce was on top of Jeremiah and had his tounge down his throat. Jeremiah stopped kissing Bruce.
"What about Alfred?" He asked, he got worried.
"I told him I was helping Jim with a urgent case, he wont suspect anything. I promise you." Bruce said and continued to kiss him.
