Act 2: Tethys, The Mysterious New Student

Shiba Koen Junior High School, a place for education and maturing, and Chieko attends the school, she's not the brightest, and she's not the dullest, she's just average. In speaking of Chieko, her class, taught by Mrs. Sora Takao, haf a brand new student.
"Attention everyone, we have someone new here today, he came to Tokyo all the way from California, everyone, this is Tethys Crescente," the teacher said

"Hi, I'm Tethys, I'm from California, my parents are astronomers, and I also like cute girls," the blue eyed boy said, getting the attention of a bunch of girls. "Y'know, I think he's a great guy already," Chieko's best friend Midori thought to herself.
Tethys was about to sit in his seat until he laid his eyes on Midori. "What a wobserful human being, such luscious red hair, beautiful starry hazel eyes, lovely fair skin, and the voice of an angel," he told himself, fawning over the teen girl. "Huh? Tethys? Are you ok?" The redhead asked. "Oh I'm fine, as long as you're around," he replied. "Great, I'm taking my friend Chieko to the mall later, wanna come with?" Midori said to him. "Sure."
When classes had ended, Chieko had got her pink flower backpack and went to look for Midori. "Midori!! Midori!! Are we going to the mall or what?" She said, looking around the school halls. "Chieko!!!!! I'm bringing Tethys to the mall with us!!!!" Midori cheered. "Who? I don't know a Tethys," Chieko said. "The new guy at school... oh, you fell asleep in class didn't you?" Midori remarked. "Uh yeah," Her friend sighed, sweat dropping. "Hey girls, I heard someone's birthday was yesterday," Tethys said to him. "Oh, that's me!!" the brunette replied excitedly. "Well what are we waiting for? Let's buy you and your beautiful friend some outfits," the black haired boy replied as the headed for the mall.
The three arrived at the mall and headed for Chieko and Midori's favorite store Dress 'N' Spritz, a store for outfits and perfume. "Wow!!!" The two girls said. The two noticed a sign that said 95% off for one day, which got Chieko and Midori excited. Tethys searched for a dress for Chieko and found a beautiful light pink dress. He took the dress to the two. "Oh, no thanks Tethys, I'm not into pink, I like blue more," Chieko explained. "I like pink, I like pink a lot," Midori ran into the changing room and changed into the dress.

"Oh, you look stunning miss, very stunning," a lady came from the counter to compliment Midori. "Thank you ma'am, how much for this dress?" The redhead asked. "Oh that's 20 dollars with 95% discount," the counter lady replied. The lady went to the counter and turned on one of the machines, creating chains around Midori's and everyone else in the store's outfits, draining their energy.
Chieko got out of the store as the door entrance began to close and she dropped her backpack. Selena popped out of it, shaking her head and took a deep breath. "Oh hi Selena, I'm so out of breath from escaping that store," Chieko breathed. "I understand, but why aren't you doing something about it, you're a Sailor Guardian, you have the responsibility of protecting the humans from danger," the cat explained. "But how? The entrance is closed," the brunette told her. Selena handed her a pink pen with a fuschia heart on top of it. "Thays a transformation pen, it will disguise you in case of emergencies," Selena told her. "Just say Lunar Power and say what you want to transform into." "Ok, Lunar Power!! Transform me into a beautuful security guard!!!!"

"Ooo, I love this look, I should change my look more often," Chieko looked at her outfit. "This is no time for being egotistical, there are people in danger," Selena told her. The security guard entered the store and saw the counter lady had become a grey skinned, black and white haired, brown dress wearing, eyes covered by glasses monster who had Tethys trapped in chains along with the other customers.
"Hey monster!!!" The security guard said. "You!! Queen Deimos is after your energy! Now come here!!!" The monster screeched, coming after the security guard. The dark haired girl kicked the monster and ran to transform. "Phobos Lunar Power, Make Up!!!!!"
Chieko transformed into Sailor Phobos with the outfit, boots, gloves, tiara, hair tie, all that. Sailor Phobos came up to the monster. "Don't you know it's wrong to mess with people's love for clothing!!!" She yelled at the monster. "Who are you anyway?" It replied. "I'm a guardian who fights for love and justice, I'm Sailor Phobos, and in the name of Mars' moon, I'll punish you," the Sailor Guardian said, striking a pose.
The monster created some chains and tried wrapping Sailor Phobos in them, but she missed and the chains were destroyed by a lily. The same masked figure from last time appeared and Sailor Phobos was awestruck. "Sailor Phobos, I am Tuxedo Moonlight and I am your guardian, I wish you luck in your battle," he had said, revealing his name to the guardian. Tuxedo Moonlight left, leaving the monster open for Sailor Phobos to attack. "Ok let's do it, Phobos, Magnet, Bolt!!!!" The bolt struck the monster, destroying it and the chains
everyone were trapped in.
Sailor Phobos left and transformed back into Chieko and headed back to Midori and Tethys as the were purchasing something for her, midjri has the dress from before and Tethys was purchasing a perfume called The Sweet Scent of Sakura. "I can't believe what happened out there, a Sailor Guardian saved us," the redhead said. "Hard to believe,I thought the Sailor Senshi were off saving other people," Tethys replied. "Well all I know is that there's one out there named Sailor Phobos," Chieko said as she winked, knowing that she was the Sailor Guardian her friends had mentioned.
