Woody and Teardrop - Together Forever

Part 2

Teardrop's P.O.V

I wake early in the morning with woody still sleeping while huddled up close to me. This feels kind of nice to wake up next to him. I try to move out from under Woody but stop as I came close to waking him. It's not like I really need to hurry because both Four and X have been gone for quite some time so bfb has been put on a hold, and that means meaning that there are no challenges.
I had been enjoying myself sitting with Woody for quit some time until Eggy showed up. She probably had gotten worried when I disappeared last night. When Eggy got close enough she saw me with laying with Woody, who was still asleep in my arms. My face turned beet red as Eggy gave my a smug smile. Crap! I wish I could talk right now so that I could explain myself. Eggy gave me a wink before walking away. I pushed Woody aside and ran after eggy. I can't let her tell the others about this.

Woody's P.O.V
I awake to being shoved on to the ground. I try to remember what exactly happened last night as everything is kind of a blur. Let's see, what happened? Oh yeah... Naily... I feel a frown forming on my face. I don't blame Naily for how she responded to my confession. Then suddenly I remember, Teardrop. I look around for her and I see her quite a distance away frantically making arm motions towards Eggy. My face starts to burn at the sight of her. I know she rejected me all those years ago, but when she comforted me last night it made me feel like never before. It felt right.
I hesitate wether to go over to Teardrop. Against my better judgement I think I'm going to do it. A thought comes into my head The flowers! I could give the flowers to Teardrop as a gift. After a bit of searching I grab the slightly beaten flowers and anxiously walk towards Teardrop. It's almost like with every step the butterflies in my chest grow stronger.

Teardrop's P.O.V
"Okay, I promise I won't tell anyone about this." Eggy assures me. "But you have to tell me one thing, do you have a crush on Woody?" She asked. I had a feeling the would ask that sooner or later. I begin to blush and turn away. "I knew it!" Eggy exclaimed "In all seriousness though, I think that it's really great that you found someone you like so much." Our "conversation" quickly shifts to a different topic that I honestly wasn't paying attention to. "So anyways I told him tha-" Eggy was cut off mid sentence but started a new one with an almost over excited tone. "Oh hi Woody!"
Despite that fact that I just heard Eggy say his name I was surprised to see Woody standing behind me. He was blushing madly, and from behind his back he pulled the bouquet from yesterday. I pointed to myself with a hopeful heart. Woody nodded all the while keeping his gaze on the ground. I know the flowers were originally for Naily, but I couldn't help but feel ecstatic over this gift. I guess I should repay the favor.

Woody's P.O.V
Teardrop seemed to be happy with my gift. I know it's not much but it's really all that I could afford. It's hard for someone like me to make money especially since a good portion of my time is being taken up by another game show. Even when I'm not competing most places turn me down due to my immense amount of fears. I still get nightmares from all the other experiences from BFDI.
All of the sudden I felt the lips of who I could only assume to be Teardrop's pressed against my own. Teardrop pulled away and gave me a satisfied smile. I was in awe with my mouth agape as Teardrop walked away holding her flowers close.
