Davina stood across from Ester with her arms crossed rolling her eyes slightly. She looked down at her wrist and at the two dark patches where Elijah's fangs sunk into her. She had been feeding him small amounts so he would have his strength. "What do you want?" she said looking at her "A family? Your children to love you? Because this sure as hell is not the way to go about it." She said looking at her. Ester looked at her and said "Oh child, brainwashed child, all of these demons have gotten inside your mind, fooling around with your innocence." Ester sighed looked at her and then down at Elijah who sat down on the wet ground with his tattered suit jacket next to him. Elijah opened his eyes looking at the two of them and said "Davina-- she isn't worth it. Save your energy," he said looking at her with the sweat dripping onto his eyes. Davina looked at him without saying anything as she slumped into the ground.
Meanwhile on the other side. Klaus looked at the two of them and said "Well, since neither of you have any ideas, we might as well try force." He picked up a rock tossing it into the air a few times before swinging his arm back with all his might and flinging the rock straight into the forcefield. The rock hit it and bounced off flying back towards them. Klaus ducked watching it fly past him. "Well then." He said looking at the forcefield. Hayley looked at him and said "Hold on a minute." Before running around the forcefield attempting to figure out how far it stretched out in every direction. "It's a perfect circle," she said looking at the two of them. Marcel sighed with his hands on his waist "Witchcraft." before he looked at the two of them. Klaus exhaled loudly "Not any type of witchcraft... my bastard of a mother Ester."
Elijah sighed as he attempted to stretch his hand over to wake Davina. Ester lay slumped on the ground on the other side asleep. Davina jumped up "Eli--." He moved his hand to cover her mouth and pointed his head over at Ester and slid his finger to his mouth as he removed his hand. "You need to figure out how to get us out." he said looking back over at his mother. "I can't Elijah, I'm not anywhere near as crafty as Ester. It would take forever." Elijah looked at her and said "Then forever it shall take." The two of them looked at each other as she said "The only thing that can help us, is that I can send a message to Marcel. That's about it." Elijah nodded looking at her watching her close her eyes beginning to chant softly in a low voice.
Marcel had parted ways with Hayley and Klaus as they continued to search and he went on running the city as he saw a leaf float in front of him with words written into it. He read the leaf aloud saying "Inside the force with Elijah, with Ester. The circle is being bound by another perfect circle of salt, located somewhere else in the city. -D." Marcel frowned reading it over again before taking a picture sending one to Klaus and one to Hayley.
Klaus stood in the compound looking at the picture sighing "Great. Just great. We have to find a perfect circle of salt within the entire city of New Orleans." he said. He looked down at the small assembled army of vampires and said "Which ever one of you finds a perfect circle of salt, wins one of these." He said holding up a daylight ring in his hand. The night walkers stood up eagerly. "But it's not dark yet." one said looking at Klaus. He smirked looking at the lot of them "Well, I guess you'll have to wait until nightfall."
Hayley was walking through alleys heading toward the cemetery towards the area where Ester kept all of her supplies. She flipped over things and rummaged through everything in there. No perfect circle. Hayley opened up a container looking down in it. A voice behind her said "Don't touch it." As he stood behind her hovering." Hayley stood there not moving "I don't take orders very well." She said turning around baring her fangs. Finn held his hand out beginning to fry her brain "Guess we'll do this the hard way." He closed the container pushing it away from her reach and said "Don't test me." he said as he stopped her pain. Hayley stood up regaining her strength "Don't test you? Did you forget I'm a hybrid? And that you have an original trapped inside some mystical force!" She yelled looking at him. Finn looking at her "Elijah needed a lesson from our dear mother." Hayley looked at him and said "Your mother pulled an innocent child in there, Davina Claire, one of your own." Finn laughed at Hayley and said "Do you really believe that I care about Davina Claire." Kaleb walked out of the shadows and said "You may not big brother, but I do." he said frowning up his face shoving his brother away from the container. "Now we're gonna do this my way." he said looking at the two of them.
