Tenko has been restraining Kokichi for about 30 minutes now. Himiko has been wanting to test her magic on somebody, and they were really annoyed with Kokichi that day. Kokichi had almost given up struggling, when Himiko announced "And for my last magic trick, I will teleport Kokichi to the third story!" Tenko silently cheered while Kokichi started to struggle more. Himiko prepared herself, until Shuichi came in looking for everyone. That caught Himiko off guard, so when she cast her magic it did something a little different. Kokichi was teleported you the third floor, but at the third floor open window. The shock if teleporting made Kokichi stumble back, and he fell out of the window. The entire fall Kokichi was squirming and screaming, and when he fell.

SQUASH

No, he didn't die. That would make for an awful story! The main character dieing at the beginning, just to be replaced? Anyway, back to the story.

Kokichi luckily didn't land in his head, but instead his legs and left arm. Unfortunately, Kokichi did have brain damage, that couldn't be treated until he woke up. Shuichi rushed out of the building, to find blood splattered all over the ground. Shuichi picked Kokichi up carefully, running through the halls to find the nurses office. Many such as Kirumi, Keebo, and Korekiyo followed him, trying to find out what had happened. The four together helped to stabilize Kokichi, as he slept a dreamless sleep until 5 days later. (They has been force feeding him)
When Kokichi woke up, there was no one in the room. His legs were in casts, along with his arm and head. Kokichi tried to remember what had happened, but was instead greeted by an older memory. There were five small children running up to him, each one with a checkered pattern of them somewhere. The only girl wore it as a bracelet, while a green haired boy wore it as an anklet. A slighter talker boy with orange hair had it as an eyepatch, and a shorter boy wore it as a ring. (They has run out of fabric) The last boy looked almost exactly like Kokichi, except with slightly bluer hair and eyes. Kokichi didn't know why, but he felt he needed to protect these guys.
When Kokichi woke up again, Shuichi was in the room. Shuichi spotted Kokichi immediately, and cane and sat on the edge of the bed. "Hey, do you remember what happened?" Shuichi asked, with caring eyes. Kokichi tried to remember, he really did, but he could only remember details. "Hmm, I remember the color red, a window, and indescribable pain." Kokichi stated. Shuichi looked at him with a questionable face. "Is that really all you remember Kokichi?" Shuichi asked him again. Kokichi scoffed. "Yeah! That's all I remember!" Shuichi looked slightly shocked, and then it was replaced with a disbelieving pout. "Well, soup is in the side of the table, you can eat it if you want." Shuichi stayed before walking out if the room. Kokichi looked at the bedside table, and sure enough there was tomato soup. What interested Kokichi was not the soup, but rather the black colored pencil and paper. Kokichi decided to draw his dream. With the five kids, all with checkered bandannas. Unfortunately he didn't recall them, but instead 10 DICE members, all being teens. Kokichi pushed this thought out of his head, and drank the tomato soup. It made him feel better. Then Keebo walked in, and stared at the fully awake Kokichi, who was slurping down tomato soup with one hand. Keebo marveled at the strange sight, before standing at the edge of the bed. Keebo didn't really ask anything, but seemed expectant of a reply. When Kokichi was done slurping, the silence became awkward, so Keebo finally asked a question. "Hey, you feeling okay?" Keebo asked. Kokichi shrugged. "I've been better." Kokichi simply said, the continued to work on his picture of mini DICE. Keebo grew curious, and looked at the work. It was actually pretty good, he got the right portions and everything. Keebo mustered enough courage to ask "Who are they?" Kokichi turned so that Keebo couldn't see, and then mumbled something incoherent. Keebo had excellent ears, so he heard what was being said. "Nobody you tin can..." Keebo took offense to this comment, but simply left the room.

In the next chapter it will be after Kokichi has gotten out of the nurses office, and his injury's have been healed, besides a small limp. No one has talked to Kokichi other than Keebo and Shuichi, is this is everyone's first impression on hurt Kokichi. So yeah.
