Just a warning, this chapter is a bit darker and more violent than past ones. I will put another warning below where the section is for those who do not wish to read it. Thanks.

The small group of mecha watched from the top of a building as a certain black and navy blur shot down the street below them.

As the blur disappeared around the corner, not even slowing before he took it, Taser shook her helm.

"How does he not run inta stuff?" she asked no one in particular, an incredulous tone to her voice. "He just- Goes."

"It's his normal Ah guess," Dagger replied with a shrug, already getting up from his crouch.

Arson looked up in thought for an astroklik, then nodded. "I agree. He seems like he should run into things with his speed, but I think his processor runs at the same level of speed as his frame."

With a roll of her optics, Taser muttered, "Always the scientist, aren't ya?"

The seeker gave her a dark look before lifting a hand to his comm.

"Arson to Roadrage. Steeldust just passed us, heading your way."

"Good. He should be in Jetstreak and Nitro's area shortly." The mech paused before continuing.

"You have your next orders. Roadrage out.

Arson closed his end of the comm, then beckoned to the other two with a long, sharp digit.

"Come on. We have to go."

Without waiting for an answer, the yellow and burgundy seeker crouched, then leaped into the air, transforming and flying higher above the buildings.

Taser and Dagger quickly made their down way to the ground and followed in their alt modes.

"Ya think he'll pass?" Taser questioned her brother.

Dagger was silent for several kliks before replying.

"For his own sake, he'd better."

"But do ya think he can do it?"

The older sibling didn't answer.

The red and purple seeker watched from his perch as the youngling below him peered out of a nearby alley.

"Does he know his target?" Jetstreak inquired, turning his helm slightly to address the two-wheeler beside him.

Nitro gave the seeker a short nod, not moving his gaze from the street below. "He knows."

"Good."

Below them, Steeldust watched from his hiding spot, unnoticed by the adult mecha walking by. Blue-green optics scanned them, darting back and forth as he waited.

Finally, a large, well built mech appeared that matched the description that had been given.

Steeldust couldn't help but smirk. "Gotcha."

Waiting until the mech had passed his alleyways, Steeldust looked around before following him.

No one noticed except for the two mecha on a nearby rooftop.

Now, Jetstreak had always thought of himself as a level-headed mech, and after the events in his life that had led him here, he figured not much would surprise him anymore.
