Peter decided to make a group chat of everyone in the pack but Stiles and Derek. So he starts texting them.

Peter-hello everyone
Lydia- who are you
Scott- it's Peter being annoying
Peter- now Scott lets me civil
Lydia- what do you want Peter
Peter- well Scott educated me on the situation with Stiles and Derek and I think we should do a little spying
Lydia- first of all wth Scott second no way
Peter- oh come on Lydia you can't tell me you're not Curious about how close they are also Derek hasn't been with someone he truly loved since Paige yes he's had flings but he Didn't love them
Lydia- fine but if we get caught I'm blaming it on you 😡
Scott-I'm in to I guess
Jackson- wtf guys why are you agreeing to this remember all the crazy shit he did the people he killed he ripped Kate's throat out in front of Allison
Peter- oh come on Jackson yes I did that but I'm not asking you guys to commit murder I'm just asking you to spy on some people
Jackson- yea those people are our alpha and a member of the pack
Scott-oh come on Jackson what could go wrong
Jackson- fine let's just get this over with
Peter- all of you meet me at the Hale house in 5

Derek looked angrily at Peter. "So where you headed now." Peter  said with a grin. "None of your business." Derek says as he walks to his car. Scott and Lydia and jackson are all in Lydias car they watch Derek's car pull away and they wait about 2 minutes then follow. They are in a place where Derek can't see them but they can see him. They continue driving then Derek turns they turn to. Peter followed behind Lydias car. They stopped down the road when they saw Derek pull into Scott's driveway. They saw Stiles walk out. for some reason he was holding blankets the then sat in the passenger street. Derek pulled out the driveway and started to drive again. He drove to the same nature trails where him and Stiles spent the night. Peter and everyone in Lydias car parked far away. They sneaked through the woods a bit and stopped when they saw Stiles and Derek laying on a one blanket and them covered by another one. Stiles had his head on Derek's chest and his arms wrapped around his torso. Derek had his head resting on the top of Stiles head and his arms also wrapped around Stiles. Lydia thought this was incredibly adorable. Derek picked his head up and kissed Stiles head. Then Scott whispers "I think we should go" they all nodded and left. Stiles and Derek were both smiling. Derek moved out of his arms so he could look Down at Stiles while looking him in the eye. "What" Stiles says with a laugh. Derek looks confused and says "nothing it's just I really like you is all" Stiles eyes wides as he heard those words he then said "wow look who's being all sweet." Stiles laughed for a bit. "I like you to Derek" he said with a smile. Derek then leaned down farther and kissed Stiles on the lips. Stiles immediately kissed back. They kiss for along time then they both break the kiss. "Love you sour wolf" Stiles says with a smile. "Love your to Stiles" Derek says before kissing Again. Stiles gets a call from Melissa and he answers witch breaks the kiss. "Hey Melissa" Stiles says as he holds Derek's hand with his free hand. "Hey Stiles I've got amazing news your dad just got his surgery he should be up in about 2 hours we still need him for observation but he will be awake!" She said cheerfully. "Oh my god thank you Melissa I'll be at the hospital soon." Stiles said very excited. Stiles hung up and let out a breath of relief. Stiles explained to Derek the news. Then Stiles said "we don't gotta leave yet" Derek smiles and kisses Stiles passionately. They kiss for a long time. Stiles knows he is gonna be with Derek for a long time.
