I knew I shouldn't have gone in. I knew it would be dangerous. And I was right. Very right. Once I was put in the van, Gabe tied me up. Hands, feet, mouth. I was laying on the floor, crying. Something like this could not be happening to me. Soon I would wake up, and be in my bed. But if this was a dream, I would never wake up. This was real, very real.

I heard Gabe and James's conversation from the front. So, how many girls is that, now? Gabe asked.

Two, James answered, as if a wave of furriness fell on him. Because you're not tricky enough, Gabe! You need to really trick them. You need to come up with other ways to get girls. Because if you use the same brochure method then the police will notice. If you want to go to Terringtown everyday, why not live there? Am I right?

Then a bump hit, and I couldn't hear what Gabe answered. The road was lumpy. I tried to look out the window, but all I could see is the sky and tall trees. I even saw some airplanes. I wish I could scream, Hey, over here! I'm being kidnapped! Help! But I couldn't even speak or move my lips. I was hopeless. After about five minutes, the van stopped. The door flew open. C'mon, James said as he grabbed my waist. He pushed me out and I finally saw where our stop is. IceFord Factory. It's closed now, but the doors are still open to anyone who would like to spend their night there. Even though no one goes. That's probably why they chose this place. IceFord was an ice company that sold everywhere. Walmart. Target. PathMark. Bj's. Local pharmacies. But then this other brand came, Br Br Ice. And then that was sold everywhere. Nobody was buying, so the people closed. Poor them, they only got about three months of stardom.

There was one girl already there. Hey, Carly! James shouted. We went and got you a friend!

Carly was on the floor, tied up. I could tell she wasn't always tied, just when they left or something. I could tell because they untied Carly and I right away. We hugged, which I don't know why. But she looked so happy to see me. Like she had someone there for her, finally. You don't remember me, do you? To be honest, I didn't. I shook my head. She said, I'm Carly Shaw, She paused, to see if I remembered now. I didn't. From last year?

Something clicked in my mind. I remembered her now, too. I hugged her harder, and I suddenly felt like I had someone there for me, too.
