Ever since meeting Maddie,Kenzie started to think of her everything she did something.And every single competition they had been to so far that she had a solo,she won,even though it might've not been,Kenzie thought it was because Maddie.When she danced,she hoped that she would be as good as Maddie one day and be in a huge music video or something big like her.

So Kenzie started to post covers online because she knew singing was one of her talents.It took a few weeks,but Kenzie's covers got millions of views.Her mom Melissa started to contact recording studios to see if kenzie could make a song.Kenzie continued to work on her voice in hope that a studio would notice her.After about 2 months of being on dance moms studios finally began to reach out to her.They had talked with a studio called stereo and agreed that Kenzie would work with them in a year or so.

About 2 weeks after they made the agreement,Kenzie got a solo where she had a really pink costume.She got on stage and did her solo and then watched the rest of the performances.Finally it came time for the awards.Kenzie got first place and she walked up to get her trophy.She thought for a minute,then decided she wanted to dedicate the dance to someone.The judges gave her the microphone and she cleared her throat."I would like to dedicate this dance to my idol Maddie n,she inspired me to win today,this is for you Maddie." She spoke as she sat back down and the crowd cheered.
