Connie came running to the library.

"Tyler! Have you heard that they are going to cancel the Windmill Project? You told me you were interested once." Connie said.

It was Library Research period and Connie sat besides Tyler at the Engineering division in the library. Tyler wasn't responding. For some reason his book was glowing and he's got a soda.

"Tyler! We are engineering people, how come your textbook could glow that way?" Connie slammed away Tyler's textbook and saw his phone. He was looking at some memes.

"ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?" Connie yelled. Multiples shushes were heard echoing.

"Yeah bro what's up." Tyler finally responded.

"You wanted to participate in this year's Windmill Project right? It's cancelled." Connie said. Tyler was super shocked that his soda spilled on the carpet below.

"Seriously? I really wanted to get my hands on some super secret project like that. I bet if it wasn't cancelled, I would be the only candidate hah, my astrophysics knowledge are no match for any of the other engineering people." Tyler remarks and laughed. He seemed to be uncaring much of the news. Connie looked at him questioningly and pulled out her book on Paracelsus.

"Hey, nowadays they are less Paracelsans. People don't just want to admit that magic is actually that phony stuff. When your mom put up the engineering branch in our school, I really hoped that it will grow and strengthen the Movement's voice. What do you think?" Connie said. Tyler's mom was a past headmistress who brought engineering in. She was also a member of the Movement.

"I guess it was just hard, like when u don't believe in magic anymore things get complicated and you need numbers and more actions. But with magicless science you get more branches and things makes more sense and connection." Tyler said as he closed his book (phone) and looked at Connie.

"And I guess if people start studying genuine Science, we won't be separated like this anymore, you can just walk to Astrology and Philosophy and take books. Eh, why you aren't sad about it?" Connie said. Tyler looked up.

"They have been cancelling it since our freshmen years, so I wasn't that hurt. Maybe they need more batches of sorcerers for the job. Like, Connie, you can't just rely on some kids for some dark matter disturbance. You need real sorcerers." Tyler said with full enthusiasm this time.

"You are super ironic, real sorcerers, seriously? I think, instead of phonies, they just actually need real science and yeah I'm gonna admit, vast astrophysics knowledge like yours. And this year seems like rising for Engineering branch, the seed of real science to be implemented in the school. They shouldn't be cancelling the project." Connie said. Tyler was at the bookcases, holding a book on The Windmill Project.

"Here, Years On The Windmill, I bet you are super new on this project, all your little knowledge are just from me, am I right? So let's do some research." Tyler sat down and opened the book. Connie took Tyler's soda and started sipping while listening to her best friend's introduction.

"So the project was actually a defense machine for any upcoming dark matter storms, yeah, aether storms if you have heard about them, since Paracelsus' days. And it's not some wheat crushing windmill. It's a complicated large machine, fueled by magic before this, to combat the impact if it's to hit our school-town. But then I guess we should just make a stronger one using real application of astrophysics. Some quantum I bet." Tyler said.

"QUANTUM! I read about this one once, subparticle interactions could do about just anything. So instead of magic we could just use that concept and make it combat the storm." Connie said.

"Yeah I'm thinking of a wave emitting windmill bro." Tyler said.

"But only if the storm happens this year which was denied by Astrology branch." Connie said. Tyler shrugged a little.

"Them Astrologers be looking at stars and saying stuffs. You can't believe them for weather predictions! You need astrophysics, we should observe weather patterns ourselves." Tyler said.

"But in Paracelsus' journal it says that the storm would be coming this year according to telescopic observations. YOU THINKING WHAT I'M THINKING?" Connie said. Tyler startled.

"We should pitch this to the Administration." Tyler said.

"Yeah!" Connie said. We walked out of the library to the Administration Tower, I don't know why I was this excited for Tyler and his Windmill Project but I should because he's my best friend, and also I guess it earned me some history knowledge so yeah a fair bargain. As we we're walking, something hit me. Pitching needs a letter, a formal letter. I just remembered it.

"Hey Tyler, I just remembered that we actually need to write a formal letter to pitch the proposal. For reasons I kept my copy of Paracelsus' Journal. And your mom was a Headmistress right? Easy pass it is!" Connie said with glee while Tyler looked quite tired fit for his slight obese body after walking for some quite while.

"Seriously Connie?" Tyler said, huffing.

"Yeah, you want the Windmill Project or not?" Connie said.

"ALRIGHT FINEE CONNIE." Tyler said and both of them walked back to the Library.
