Team RWBY, Oscar, Shirou, Maria and Qrow stood in front of the closed iron gates, with JNR, Rin and Muramasa stayed a few meters back on the bridge, that connected the island that base was located at, and the main land.

Yang walked up to the gate and grabbed onto the bars, with an expression of anger at the two officers stationed at the gate.

Yang: Oh come on! You didn't even hear us out!

Guard2: Our orders are clear. The Mistral-Atlas borders are closed.

Guard1: Please.

Guard2: Have a good day.

Yang: But-

Guard1&2: A good day!!!

Qrow: Hey, if you don't want to believe I'm friends with Ironwood-

Guard1&2: General Ironwood!

Qrow: Right, General Ironwood, fine. But look, we have Weiss Schnee with us, and we're just trying to get her home safety.

The two guards looked at each other before commanding Weiss to get closer. When they confirmed her identity, they went to notify their superior of the ex-heiress' return.

Shirou just face palmed as the gate reopened, revealing a short elderly woman, around Maria's height. She wore an Atlas white officer outfit.

The woman walked up to face and glare at Maria.

Cordovin: Witch.

Maria: She-devil.

The officer takes a look at everyone surrounding Maria.

Cordovin: Hm. Seems like you've chosen larger contraband to smuggle this time.

Maria: Oh, Cordo. They say time changes people. But I still see you've got that stick right up your-

Shirou ran over to the elderly woman, covering her mouth while forcing a smile at the officer.
