avani's pov

20 minutes later

we finally arrived at sway, everyone hopped out of the car, nick rang the doorbell and a brunette boy opened the door, I think he's anthony. he welcomed us into the house, we exchanged smiles. wow, he's dimples are cute. as I stepped into the house, I saw mads sitting on the sofa, I ran up to her and gave her a hug. we talked for a while, then we decided to join the others at the pool.

we sat by the pool and suntanned with amelie and dixie, addison and charli were busy flirting with bryce and chase in the pool. we just lay there and talked, until this tall figure was blocked the sun from shining in us. I looked up and saw anthony smiling at me, I asked him what's up and he asked if I wanted to join him at the pool. I nodded and he grabbed my hand. I just sat by the edge dangling my feet in the water, I looked back to see 3 smirking faces staring at me. I just rolled my eyes.

anthony's pov

'ding dong' the doorbell rang, I went to open the door. it was the hype house. I welcomed them in. as I exchanged smiles and handshakes with everyone that was comin hig in, there was this one girl with brown curly hair, avani I think. dang, she is adorable. once everyone walked in,
I went to the pool and joined the boys. avani came and lay by the pool with mads, I didn't realise I was staring at her until jaden shouted, "ant, who you staring at!?" 

"h- huh? what? no one" I quickly replied
"you sure you're not staring at avani" he teased me 
I just looked down and tried to hide the fact that I was blushing
"aw, your blushing. come on go talk to her!!" jaden pushed me.

after a while, I mustered up my courage and went over to talk to her. she looked up and gave me this confused look, I must have disturbed her in her suntanning

"what's up?" she asked,
"you wanna join me at the pool?" I replied

avani nodded and I grabbed her hand to the pool, she sat by the edge while I walked in. I went up to her 
"why are you sitting there? come in" I asked 
"I'm good, I don't want to get my hair wet" avani reasoned
"come onnnnnn" I persuaded
avani just shook her head and sat there. I gave her a little pout and she just sat there and looked at me. I didn't want to seem pushy so I just stood there and talked to her.

" sooo do you have a boyfriend?" I asked

" no, but I used to..." she replied

" oh! is he a tiktoker too? do I know him?" I asked while trying to think which of my friends would date avani.

"I don't know if you know payton?" she looked down and said.

"ohhh yeah, I went on tour with him last summer..." I said trying to catch avani's attention, but she didn't look up, she just continued looking down and played with her fingers. did I say something wrong or did I remind her of something bad?  I lifted her chin up and asked if she was ok. she just nodded, I felt bad so I apologised " I'm sorry if I said something wrong." she just looked up and said that it was not my fault and that I didn't say anything wrong. we just stood there in awkward silence until she asked if I wanted to go inside and eat. I said yes and we walked into the kitchen. 

we sat in the kitchen and talked while we ate our food. we finished up and I asked if I could use his toilet to shower. he brought me up to his room and he showed me where his toilet is. I took a quick shower and changed into this:

we hang around the house until around 9.00 p.m. then we started leaving. once we reached home, I changed and lay in bed until charli was done. we talked until we both fell asleep.
