Containment Procedures:
SCP-007-F is to be contained inside a 10 x 10 x 10 fancy furnished containment chamber. At no times should 007-F be released from containment to prevent the death of any valuable personnel.
Description:
SCP-007-F is a short-brown haired girl, aged 15 - 16 with abnormally bright glowing brown eyes. 007-F does not show aggressive behaviour, though will generally become aggressive if personnel are to judge her height.
SCP-007-F was reported to the Foundation after; a student in ████ ███ ████ Highschool had bullied 007-F about her height. The student was found dead on the ██/██/2018 with only their head remaining near the cafeteria. Containment of 007-F was a simple precaution for students of the Highschool. 007-F complies with the Foundation and is no trouble containing.
SCP-007-F anomalous effects manifest when personnel are to judge her short height appearance. Additionally, 007-F is able to manipulate biological matter through unknown means; during this time, 007-F's eyes will glow brightly and her hands will glow with a light blue aura.
SCP-007-F is capable of changing a subject's physical appearance, DNA, or mental mindset. This ability is able to affect personnel from a 50-meter distance, though this does require line of sight.
Should personnel judge SCP-007-F's height, they will then anger 007-F triggering a unique 'rage state'. During such event, 007-F will grasp its hands tightly and slowly raise the target into mid-air; using an unknown form of telepathy. 007-F will continue to change the subject's DNA, eventually leading to their death. Test: 007-F-1:
Description: Subject was ordered to tease 007-F's height.
Results: Subject was raised 5 meters into the air. Subject's brain was removed and thrown onto the floor and somehow aware of what was happening. Subject died of blood loss.
Test: 007-F-2:
Description: Subject was ordered to tease 007-F's about her height and escape line of sight.
Results: Subject had escaped 007-F's line of sight and attempted to hide. 007-F hands emitted a blue hue and had eventually found the subject. 007-F's proceeded to raise the subject 8 meters into the air muttering the words "There is no running from me". Subject skin had turned bright red eventually leading to the subject exploding into blood. Skin and other body parts disintegrated into dust. DNA testing shows blood is from other biological animals including Sheep, Cows; and Foxes.
Note from Dr ███: Interesting... SCP-007-F eventually captures its bullies no matter their location. Thank god 007-F is normally docile.

Description: SCP-011-F was ordered to tease SCP-007-F by Dr ██████.
Results: SCP-011-F had shouted the words "Oi Callula! Your short af." 007-F laughed and started to decapitate Dr ██████ Instead.
