Part XII : Who's my roomie?

Timothee's POV
Hanging out with Alisha was awesome today. She's awesome. But I guess I'm still a heart broken from my previous relationship. She was super toxic and barely gave me any space. I was still in love with her when I ended the toxic relationship. I still might be though. Her name was Katherine. Kat, I called her. We dated her for a solid 4 years. All through high school. Alisha is nice too but I don't want to make her a rebound. Her smile is so beautiful. That day when I spotted her talking to her ex, I could  see the hurt but love still left in her eyes. She acted like she didn't care but I know better than to believe that. Her (y/e/c) were glistening and I wanted to go and comfort her. But I knew I couldn't. If she came to know about Kat, she might think I'm using her as rebound. So I guess I need to take time to heal.

Back to Reader's POV,
Time skip to the day they start at Columbia and Hunter,

Alisha : Got everything?
Marie : Yup.
Alisha : Moment of truth.
Marie : Room 15.
Alisha : Room 16.
Marie : What? Why?
Alisha : Noooooo..... who is with me?
Marie : Timothee?
Alisha : You know that coed rooming doesn't happen.
Marie : Whatever.
Alisha : Let's check out our dorms and see who our roomies are.
Marie : Guess doing that makes sense.

At Room 16,
Alisha : Hi.
A tall girl with blue hair turns around. She is wearing a black AC/DC t-shirt paired up with a pair of skinny jeans.
Roomie : Hey.
Alisha : I'm your roomie. If this is your room.
Roomie : Yes it is. I'm Cassandra Wilson. You can call me Cassie.
Alisha : Ok. I'm Alisha.
Cassie : And you are?
Marie : I'm Marie. Alisha's bestie.
Cassie : Nice to meet you. So let me guess, you two aren't roomies like you were hoping to be?
Marie : How'd you know?
Cassie : Because I'm in the same condition. My bestie Alexa is in a separate room.
Marie : Really? Which one?
Cassie : Room 15.
Alisha : Lucky for you, Marie is in Room 15.
Cassie : Then I say we check out.

At Room 15,
Marie : Hey.
A girl with brown hair turns around. She is wearing a pair of dark denim shorts paired up with a blue crop top.
Alexa : Hi. Your room?
Marie : Yup. I'm Marie.
Alexa : Nice. We're roomies. I'm Alexa by the way. Alex works.
Marie : I know. Your bestie told me.
Alexa : You already met Cassie! I can't believe I've been separated from her.
Marie : I've been separated from my bestie too.
Alexa : You're cool.
Marie : Thanks.
Alisha : Hey girl, Timothee texted me. I'll be near at the cafeteria with him if you need me.
Marie : Ok. Have fun.
