Artemis's POV
I went down to my knees crying as M'gann hugged me. Robin shed tears while Kaldur and Connor frowned and looked down. I put my hand on the ice looking at him froze. They all said we needed to leave. M'gann tried carrying me out, Connor had Wally. We looked back to see Connor put it down.
"It's shaking I can't carry it!" The ice began to crumble apart and eventually Wally got free from it. I ran pulling him into a tight hug.
"M-miss me, B-babe?" He shivered wiping away my tears. We all made our way back to the cave, Wally went straight to his bedroom. He came back out covered in blankets. He ran and cuddled with me on the couch.
Wally's POV
I held Arty close to me, I looked down to see her fall asleep. I'm in love with this girl. I know I said before I didn't know what love is, but now I genuinely do. I've never felt this way about a girl in my entire life. We've been through so much, mostly because of me, but she forgave me. I stroke my fingers through her hair. I've messed up so many times, but we are meant to be. I kiss her forehead and began to fall asleep.
Time skipp
I woke up with Artemis cuddled up to me. I smiled and held her close.
"If you squeeze me any tighter I won't be able to breathe, Baywatch." She looked up at me and kissed my chin and got up stretching her arms. I stared at her tracing her curves.
"Want breakfast?" She turned around.
"If your breakfast, than yes." I smirked. She shook her head,
"Your such a kid." She walked to the kitchen.
"Hey! I still want actually breakfast too!" I ran after her,
"To bad, Baywatch!"
