To be free within the chaos

To be a slave to peace.
I question myself:
If all is at peace
Than why fear not being free?
Then I ask:
What is peace?
Who determines what peace is?
Is being controlled peace?
Peaceful for who?
Me?
Or the powers that be?
Perhaps:
"But the right is more precious than peace..."
