3. The Uchiha House

"What??!" I said shocked.

"Your coming with me to my house." He repeated.

"Why?"

"Because you have no where else to go. Am I right?"

I opened my mouth to lie to him but I decided to be truthful and nodded. "Yeah. But what about your-"

"My mother and father don't mind. In fact, it was my mother's idea." Itachi gave me a smile which made me frown.

"Thanks but I don't want to intervene on your family." I declined with a hand.

"Non-sense, we welcome anyone with open arms. We knew you and your family for the longest. We'll help our dear friends in need." He insisted by pulling on my arm towards his car.

"B-But-"

"Don't worry, [Name]-san, we'll take care of you. My little brother will be thrilled to see you!"

Oh god! I almost forgot that man-whore lives with him! Fate does love to torture me huh? What's next? Being engaged to that asshole? No I shouldn't say that. Itachi lightly pushed me into the passanger seat of his car and went in the driver's seat. He sped off and were on our way towards his house. A weird feeling was in the pit of my stomach and I didn't like this feeling. I don't want to go to Itachi's house. I mean I'm grateful for their hospitality but the cold hearted bastard is there. Last time I checked, we don't get along. We're like cat and dogs. He's the dog-obviously-and I'm the cat. Doesn't Itachi know we don't get along?

"We're here," Itachi said, snapping the thoughts out of my head. I looked out of the window to see their very gigantic mansion. I whistled as I got out of the car. Wow, what a house. I wonder how many rooms they have? Maybe 30? I don't know. It must be like four stories high!

"Impressed?"

I turned to Itachi who had a smile on his face. He gestured for me to follow me inside of his house. I did so and when I entered the enormous mansion, a young beautiful raven haired woman pulls me in for a unexpected hug. This must be the man-whore's mom ? How the hell did she give birth to a bastard like Uchiha!? I heard Itachi chuckling behind me which made me frown.

"Oh [Name]-san! I was so worried about you!" She stated, pulling away and placed a hand on my face. "Don't worry, your be safe here."

I just blinked as I stared at her. I guess she knows about the break in. Itachi most likely told her, figures since she wants me to stay here. Her onyx eyes gleamed with happiness. I see where the man-whore gets his features from, his mom is gorgeous! "Uh, okay. Thanks, Uchiha-san,"

"Please, call me Mikoto,"

I nodded, feeling awkward now. She kept looking at me with a smile on her face while I just looked down at my feet. I don't really like making eye contact with people, it just makes me feel weird.

"You grown up so much, [Name]-san since I saw you last. Last time you and my Sasuke playing on the swings while holding hands!" She giggled.

Heat rose in my cheeks at what she said and I remembered when I was 4 years old, Sasuke and I would hang out a lot-scratch that, our parents would make us hang out. My mom was best friends with his mom so they wanted us 'together' but obviously that didn't work. Even then I still didn't like Sasuke. I just didn't. There was something about him I didn't like. Though as a kid, Sasuke was actually nice. He wasn't a play boy or cold hearted dick; he was genuinely nice and sweet. I don't know how a cute little kid turned into a arrogant bastard. What happened I wonder?

"Ah your here [Name]. Welcome to our house," Said a muscular voice.

I looked behind Mikoto to see a tall serious young man with raven hair and onyx eyes. He gave me a smile and I returned it back. This must be his dad. Uchiha definitely gets his looks from his mom. He looks nothing like his dad.

"Hello, Uchiha-san," I bowed out of respect.

"No need to bow. And just call me Fugaku." He said, coming next to Mikoto.

"Hai,"

"We should show you to your room where you're gonna stay for a while. You must be tired." Mikoto said as she grabbed my arm.

"Uh, okay."

"By the way [Name], since its late, I'll call your father in the morning and tell him your be staying here." Fugaku informed.

I nodded and Mikoto dragged me upstairs towards a room located on the right. She opened the door and switched the lights on. Inside was a room with a king sized bed with royal blue sheets and pillows with vine designs going all around. There was two large windows on both sides of the bed. The velvet curtains were light blue. A big closet was at the right of the room along with a dresser. A desk was on the left corner of the room along with fake flowers in a vase. A body mirror was near the door. Wow, this room looks pretty nice.

"This is a guest room, your be staying here until the police gives you an okay to return back to your place." Mikoto explained.

"Thank you, Mikoto-san for your hospitality," I told her with the bow of my head.

"Of course, I'll do anything for Kyoko's children," She placed a hand on my shoulder with a smile.

The mention of my mom's name made my eyes watery but I shook the feelings off. She put her hand down and turned around to leave but stopped.

"Well I should let you rest now. A pair of clothes are already for you on the bed. Oh and if you need anything, just ask."

"Okay, thanks again, Mikoto-san,"

She smiled and left the room, leaving me alone. I sighed and stretched out my arms above my head, feeling exhaustion take over me. I headed towards the bed to see a pair of clothes awaiting me. The clothes were a small [f/c] v-neck shirt and dark gray sweats. I wonder if these are Mikoto's clothes? I know the Uchiha and Itachi couldn't fit into this even if they tried. I shrugged the thoughts out of my head and changed out of my clothes and into the one's that were given.

I put my clothes into a drawer near the bed that was empty. I put my knee high brown boots underneath the bed. I sat on the bed and decided to go to sleep since it was late. I closed the door slightly so it was a little bit open and shut the lights off. I jumped onto the bed and went under the covers, slowly falling asleep.
