On your way to the airport you get a call from your mom and answer it, "hello", there was heavy breathing like panick, "hi y/n it's Shawn your moms boyfriend there has been a really bad accident your moms in the hospital I'm with her right now-y/n...hello", your whole heart sunk to the floor and you started feeling dizzy and breathing heavy you drop the phone on the car floor holding your chest Amani was next to you and josh was in the passenger seat next to the driver, "stop-stop, stop the car", the Uber driver stops the car and you run out the car on to the sidewalk bending down with your hands on your knees trying to catch your breath josh runs out to see if you are okay he tried to grab your hands to make you stand up straight and you smack his hands away
"Don-don't touch me", Amani came back to you with your phone you walk off ignoring everyone telling you to come back you call your moms phone and josh comes behind you, "y/n what happened", you hang up and look at josh, "my moms in the hospital Shawn said it's bad", josh grabs you and you push him off, "I need to be alone right now", you run off and josh chases after you then stops and goes back to the car.

JOSHS P.O.V
I tried to run after y/n but I went back to Bryce and Amani, "she ran away", I put my hands up in the air and try to catch my breath, "why who called her", i finally catch my breath, "some guy named Shawn, her moms in the hospital it's bad she said", Bryce and Amani didn't know what to say, "okay well we have to find her", the rest of the cars pull over, "what happened we seen you guys on the street talking", jaden looked concerned, "y/ns mom is in the hospital and she kinda freaked out so, you guys should go back I'll stay and find her unless anyone wants to stay", I look at them waiting for an answer, "no of course we are staying it's y/n we can get another hotel or something it's no biggie we will go find a hotel and I'll get back in our Uber and just ask them to take us to the nearest hotel", Bryce put his hands on my shoulder, "we'll find her it's gonna be all good and we will all go back to Arizona with her she's our best friend", I hug Bryce and him and everyone else get into the Ubers and go Amani wanted to stay, "you don't have to", Amani folded her arms, "you may be her boyfriend but I'm her bestfriend and we are looking together ok", I smile at Amani and we go and find y/n I called her a few times and she didn't answer Amani tried and she didn't answer her either I call Bryce to tell his to ask everyone to try and call her.

END OF JOSHS P.O.V
Call after call your phone kept ringing and Shawn didn't answer your calls you stated getting frustrated because your phone was about to die, "FUCKKK!!!", some people look at you and your brush it off and finally get a call and answer one, "WHAT!!", the person laughs, "well hello to you to y/n", you roll your eyes it was kio, "how come you aren't answering no ones calls but answer mines", you finally crack a smile, "I mean to be fair I didn't know it was you I just answered not paying attention my phones about to die and Shawn won't answer me, I just want to go back to Arizona", you kick rocks that you'd see as you walk talking to kio, "were are you before your phone dies I'll come get you", you try to find the street name, "um uh center street near the Wendy's and subway I think down town", you sit down on a bench, "alright I'm coming don't move okay", your phone died on him and you felt bad and sat there started to cry cause you were stranded with no phone and mad you ran away you pulled your feet up on the bench and rubbed your arms trying to warm up.
~ 20 minutes later
"Y/n is that you", you look up and squint your eyes shivering and see kio, "kio", you say lowly he walked over to you, "Geez your freezing", he takes off his coat and puts it over your shoulders, "no you'll get cold", you try to take it off and give it back but he makes you wear it, "no stop wear it I'll be fine the car is right there I told him to wait as long as possible, "I hope she doesn't die", kio bends down in front of you while you where still on the bench, "don't say that you can't think like that you just have to hope for the best", you stand up and kio stands with you
"Thanks", you hug kio, "for what", you wrap his coat around him, "for everything", kio looks at you and kisses you, you didn't push him away right away your lips moved in sync with his for a split second then you stopped and pulled back holding your mouth, "omg-omg, no I said I would never do this and I did I'm a terrible person", you turn around then look back at kio, "no your not this is what you want just admit it you want to be with me", kio pulls you closer to him, "you want this I know you do we can make this work I promise", you pull your hands from kios and walk to the Uber and don't say anything the rest of the ride to the hotel you get out and slam the door and walk into the lobby and see Amani and josh kio called them you stand still and just look at josh he came over to you and hugged you kissing your cheek you don't hug him back and keep your hands by your sides, "don't ever do that again ok, ever again", josh hugs you again and kisses you, "we didn't know how long it would take so we got a hotel we can go back to Arizona everyone's willing to go back with you", you look at kio then Amani, "everyone", josh nods smiling he kisses your forehead and wraps his arm around your shoulder walking with you upstairs you walk in the room with everyone talking avani, mads and Amani hug you and you smile hugging them back, "don't worry we will be with you through everything promise", mads hugs you again, "we ordered you're favorite", Bryce gives you a plate of Chinese food, "wow you remembered", you tease him, "duhh", you sit on the bed and take a few bites of rice then set it down going out, "I'll be back going to the vending machine", josh asked for hot Cheetos and you got him some and got yourself Doritos you back up from the vending machine waiting for the food to drop and bump into kio he wraps his arms around your shoulders, "hey", you push his arms off, "what are you doing, what do you think this is", kio looked shocked, "I thought you liked me we had a moment", you grab your chips and walk away kio follows you, "okay listen we didn't have a moment that was a moment of weakness i was vulnerable and you knew that, you broke my best friends heart how can I ever even think about you and me I can't I won't", you walk away from him again and get in the elevator because the vending machine wasn't on your floor kio puts his foot in between so the doors won't close and he walks in, "I'm sorry I didn't realize how much this messes with you", you were leaning against the side of the elevator holding the chips kio scotches closer to you and you guys are now inches apart, "I'm sorry but I'm not sorry, okay I'm not sorry that I like you I'm not sorry that I kissed you god I'm not sorry that I'm in love with you okay I'm in love with you and I can't hold it in anymore", kio looks down then back at you, you stare at him then blink snapping out of it, "why aren't we moving", kio bites his lip, "you didn't press the button", kio brushed past you and pushed the button and then back to you he puts his hands on the wall on the sides of you and grabs your chips eating them one by one making sure that he licked his lips after every bite, "this isn't gonna work and you owe me chips, did you mean what you said do you really love me", kio presses the emergency stop button and you jumped when it stopped, "of course I do", kio looks at your lips then licks his he moves closer to your lips nearly touching you could smell the Doritos on his lips that's how close you guys are, "stop", you felt butterfly's in your stomach, "what stop this", kio licked his teeth and you squinted you're eyes and pushed him away and pressed the button to make the elevator go again, "alright I'll play this little game and y/n I'll always play the long game with you", you look at him then look down the elevator dings and kio smacks your butt and you jump, "come on", he tilts his neck to signal you to come on, "kio", he looks back at you and raises his eyebrows waiting for you to talk, "I do-I want-I d..." kio walks over to you putting his hands on the sides of your head pushing your body back on the elevator wall he pushed the elevator to go down Josh's Cheetos fell then he pushes the emergency stop and and grabs your head again kissing you, it started to get aggressive you bit his lip when you pulled away he grabs you closer to him feeling up and down your back you take off his shirt and he takes of your shirt you kisses your neck down to your boobs you lift your leg up then he grabs both your legs pulling you up on the elevator wall your legs tightly wrapped around his waist you had one hand on his shoulder and the other on the side of his face Over his ear he moved back up to your lips and pulls you off the wall and you guys fall on the floor and kio takes his pants off, "hello babe...babes wake up", josh was pressing your cheeks giving you fish lips to wake up, you wake up to josh looking over you with your head on his lap, you sit up fast and look at him then touch your lips and see kio sitting on his phone, "ho-how did I get to the airport", josh laughs and looks at you, "um you got in the Uber and walked in and fell sleep on my lap, the planes boarding", josh kisses you then laughs at you, you lick your lips and smile, "thank god", you grab your stuff and start boarding kio was behind you you could feel him up against you you didn't even think he realized sense he's on his phone doing whatever it is he does on it you couldn't stop thinking about the dream you had you tried falling asleep but everytime you would feel kios lips on you joshs head was on your shoulder listening to his music you couldn't help but smile you love josh, "I love you josh", you pull his face up and kiss him, "I love you too", josh grabs your head clutching your hair in the process proceeding to kiss you back, you tilted his head against the airplane seat to go down to his jawline but all you could think of was kio, Bryce looked at you and josh and pretend gagged you laugh at him and josh stops kissing you  you wanted to call your mom so bad to see if she was okay she obviously was because it was a dream but you couldn't until the plane landed

AFTER THE PLANE RIDE
when everyone got off you and kio are the last people
"So who are you talking to your girlfriend", you tease him, "yeah", kio looks at you and walks off back on his phone your face went from a smile to dropping you were just teasing you didn't actually expect him to have a girlfriend you thought about Amani and how much this sucks for her that he just got a girlfriend after breaking up with her you walk of the plane being officially the last person off you walk over to josh and Bryce josh looked at you, "what's up pouty face", josh grabs your cheeks and pushes them to make the fish face again, "stop you know I hate that", you push his hands off, "only i get to do that to you", you and josh start laughing kio was stuck on his phone you walk back over to him, "so who is your new girl", kio looks at you and puts his phone in his pocket, "her names Olivia she's a model she's really pretty and nice I  think it's time for me to move on from the things that are toxic and make me act up", you open your mouth hurt, "wow didn't know Amani was toxic", kio looks at you and raised a brow, "I was actually talking about you, you make me act up", kio looks you up and down and walks away, "wow didn't know I had that much power over someone", josh walks from behind you, "power over someone?, cause I might be that someone", you pull your bags off the baggage claim and walk to the car with josh, Amani and Bryce again, "yessss home sweet home", Bryce runs to the door, "this again didn't someone do this last time, help with these bags", avani rolls her eyes and Anthony points at her.
"Yeah her she's scary", avani smacks Anthony's hand to stop pointing at her, "that's rude don't point", she then kisses his hand, josh helps you with your stuff like usual kio was still on his phone constantly sense you woke up at the airport you just brush it off like nothing avani stands on a chair, "everyone i have an announcement I'm leaving well we are leaving", you look at avani and Anthony, "why?" They look at you
"We are gonna spend some time at home for alittle while", avani jumps off the chair and hugs you so does Anthony and then they hug everyone else, "we are leaving tomorrow morning we will be back in a couple weeks", Anthony smiles and avani grabbed him to go upstairs everyone brushed it off but you were more sad for some weird reason, "I'm going upstairs I need a nap", josh pulls you back, "we are throwing a party for me and kio being released later like late late tonight, who paid our bale by the way", you look at josh then the floor and frown you're brows, "I don't know maybe Bryce", you look at Bryce and wait for him to come over, "who paid Josh's and kios bail", Bryce shrugged his shoulders and kio walks over, "Olivia did in case you wanted to know, I don't know who did for josh though ", you roll your eyes, "of course she did", kio looked at you confused and you walked away, "I'm going upstairs to sleep", you walk upstairs and kio was following after you, "why are you following me", kio shhhed you and you walked to your room and he went in, "why did you make that face when I said Olivia bailed me out", you walk to your bed and unpack, "I don't know what your talking about", kio pulled your suite case off your bed, "your the one that rejected me don't forget that so if I want to get a girlfriend and she wants to help me that's our business not yours so stop making faces", kio walked out slamming the door before you could even get a word out, "fine", you say under your breath pulling your suitcase back on the bed emptying it then throwing your stuff on the bed and going to kios room opening the door, "why are you getting mad at me you know exactly why I so called rejected you I have a boyfriend you know and putting me through that is fucked up and now it's messing with me so don't yell at me for making faces about your new girlfriend that nobody knows about", kio folded his arms, "ok is that it cause I would really like to get back to this", you scoff and stand there, "are you gonna leave", kio turns around from his chair, "why are you being so mean?", kio gets up and goes close to you, "maybe because.....you broke my heart", kio shut his eyes and wiped his face, "fuck this get out now please", you shake your head
"No", you say pitifully and low, "GET OUT!!!! cant you see i don't want to see your face leave now", kio brushed passed you and opened the door, "I'm not leaving", kio grabbed your arm and pushed you out and slammed the door in your face you started to cry and go back to your room and sit down texting kio sense he didn't want to talk maybe he would text, "I'm sorry", no answer, "I'm sorry kio", still no answer, "kio please talk to me I'm really sorry Ok you know why I had to reject you", still no answer you throw your phone on the bed and go downstairs and look in the fridge to see no food, "why is there no food", Bryce looks at you, "I don't know ask kio he was supposed to make the next food run, KIOO!!!", you closed your eyes because Bryce was practically yelling in your ear, "WHATTT!!", kio was at the middle of the stairs, "get some damn groceries it's your turn", kio looks at you then groans and walks down and puts on some slides that were next to the door, "hey those are mine", josh yelled at him and he threw one at josh jokingly and josh threw it back, "y/n go with him", you looked at Bryce like what, "why?", josh looked at you and kio, "because your a girl, girls always know what food to buy", you shake your head, "i guess why not", you walk upstairs to get your shoes and come down josh was at the door next to kio and kio walked out first then you, "be safe babes love you ", Josh's kissed your head and you peck his lips, "I will, love you too", you walk out following kio to the car, "you don't have to come", you roll your eyes and open the door but it was locked, "if you don't unlock this door you heathen", kio touched his chest jockongly acting like he's offended, "wow heathen never heard that one before", he unlocked the door and you sit next to him in the passenger seat, "there's always a first for everything", you look at kio and he couldn't help but laugh, "your so annoying", kio smiles pulling out of the driveway, "so what we listening too", you pick a channel on the radio, "oouuu it's old kinda but the box is the shit, pulling out the coupe at the lot tell them fuck 12 fuck swat busting all the bales at the box I just hit a lick with the box had to put the stick in the box mm", you and kio started singing together and you turn it all the way up, "she suck a *beep* soul gotta cash app tell them wipe a *beep* nose say slatt slatt", you and kio laugh at each other cause y'all were really getting into it, "haha I'm about to put Meghan, I'm that bitch, been that bitch, still that bitch, will forever be that bitch...", kio changed the song and messed with you you smack his hand and change it back, "we are here anyway get out", you get out and get a carriage, "you know you might wanna he nicer to me", you pulled the cart around walking next to kio, "oh really why is that", you smile at kio and run with the cart acting like a kid, "cause we're best friends", you walk in slowly trying not to hit anyone kio ran in to catch up to you and tickled yours waist from behind, "ahh no I hate being tickled", kio kept tickling you and you push him into the fruit by accident you guys look at each other and the fruit that fell, "just run, just run", you and kio ran with the cart to another isle, "how about some salad with chicken, Fetta cheese and some type of dressing for dinner healthy eats", kio threw a jug of cookie dough into the cart, "wow that's not healthy", kio took it out and put it back poking his lip out, "I'm just kidding I don't care but I do want that salad though", kio giggled like a kid putting it in the cart, "kio", kio was behind you and you turned around and he was looking straight into your eyes, "Um can you get the um the i forgot", you chucked and kio smiled looking at your lips now, "uh is that kio cyr", you guys turn around and see a girl coming over she was like 10.
"Oh ny gosh can i get a picture with you", she pulled her phone out so fast and took one of her and kio
"Thank you so much", she hugged kio and walked away looking at the pictures, "awe she was cute", kio nodded, "yeah she was nice", you guys walk and you get fetta cheese chicken and salad, "I don't think the guys would want a salad they want burgers josh told me before you came down stairs", kio put burgers in the cart, "oh so now you tell me fine me and whoever wants salad will eat salad", you put the stuff in the cart and keep walking to find other things kio was on his phone most of the time after, assuming he was texting Olivia you guys go to self checkout , "who are you texting", you started scanning the food, "that's none of your business", kio looked at you and rolled his eyes you slam the food you had in your hand, "you know what do everything yourself I'm leaving", you walk out and walk passed the car planing to walk back......... 15 minutes later kio was pulling up beside you, "get in the car", kio was driving on the side of the sidewalk driving slowly, "get in y/n it's cold", you flipped him off and kept walking, he pulled over and speed walked to you and grabbed you turning you around you were looking down he took off your hoodie and you are still looking down kio was holding your shoulders then used one of his hands to lift your head up, "are you really crying I'm sorry I didn't know what I said would offend you so much", you wipe off your tear and push kios hands of your shoulders, "it's not what you said it's how you said it, lately it's been feeling like you hate me", kio pulled you into a hug you wrap your arms around his back and he had his arms around your shoulders giving you a tight hug, "I love you never forget that your my best friend", you pull from the hug and walk to the car and didn't say anything and laid your head on the window the whole time when getting back you walk in not even helping kio with the groceries and go upstairs to your room, "are you okay", Amani was in bed, "nothing just kio is a jerk", Amani sat up, "oh yeah I know that been there done that", you sit next to Amani, "I'm still really sorry that he broke up with you and for the way he did it, did he even tell you why?, I bet he didn't say sorry so you can get closure such an ass", Amani pulls out her phone, "sorry to do this but I want to end us I fell in love with someone else and It's not fair to you or her so it has to end I'm sorry ", you look at Amani confused, "that, that's what he wrote to me", she handed her phone to you and you read it again, "he's probably talking about Olivia he's been texting her a lot lately", Amani chuckled, "that model bitch Olivia Ponton I should have known he always likes her picture when we used to lay down together I'd see her on his phone sometimes", you frown your eyes, "are you serious he would do that to you when you guys were together, Amani that's basically cheating", Amani shrugged her shoulders and brushed it off, "whatever I don't care anymore heartbreak builds character so I should thank him", you sit up and storm out the room, "fuck that", Amani chases after you, "oh no y/n what are you doing", Amani stops you, "your crazy and I know your gonna hit him don't do it", you groan and don't do it and walk back to your room with Amani josh comes in a few minutes later, "burgers are cooking and Bryce is setting up for the party after we eat", josh smiles at you guys, "thanks babes", josh comes in and sits next to you, you put your leg on his leg and put your head on his shoulder, "I feel like we barely talked today", you hold joshs hand and fiddle with his fingers, "I'm sorry I know", you kiss Josh's neck, "I think I should leave right, ok I'm gonna leave", you take your leg off josh and then move to sit on his lap and keep kissing his neck, "you tryna give me a hickey", josh wraps his arms around your waist and you keep kissing his neck you stop and bite his lip, "you wanna do it again", josh stood up while still holding you carrying you to your bed and plopping you down on your bed with his waist in between your legs, "I mean do you", you kiss him and nod josh gets up and goes to his room and comes back with a condom locking the door and gets back into the position he was in after taking his pants, boxers off and then your pants off

"Damn", you and josh lay next to each other looking at the ceiling, you just blurt out, "I had a sex dream about kio".
