Ruby's POV
My name is Ruby, and I will be the next chieftain in line. I was born in a tribe that borders in between Nohr and Hoshido, which consists of manaketes who have different features. Unfortunately King Garon noticed about this tribe and decided to exterminate it, leaving me the only survivor. My parents died as a result of this, I felt weak. I carried out my father's sword: Kurokiri, and my mother's necklace, they're both the only things I have from them. Luckily, a few years later I was welcomed by human tribe. They didn't mind about me being a manakete, and the best thing is that I've trained plenty as a result.

Unfortunately the tribe I was raised by was also attacked. Nohrian rebels were responsible for this. I couldn't stand it any longer, I must avenge for those who have fallen, and those who cared for me. The village tribe was under fire as well, I wasn't able to save everyone. I accidentally fell, and a rebel was prepared to slash me until a black arrow was fired, aiming at him. I turned round, finding the one who rescued me. It was a masked girl who seems to be in her older teens-age, and has medium length sand beige hair colour. She dons a black side cape, and inside reveals a navy blue tank top which a black side cape surrounds it along with charcoal grey fitted trousers and knee-length beige boots, and she dons a mask which covers her eyes to keep her identity.

"Are you alright?" She spoke, offering her hand to me. "Yes. I'm fine, thank you very much for saving me." I got up thanks to her. "I am Blythe. What is your name?" She asked. "Ruby." I replied. "Well now, Ruby..." she was about to say something until another bandit was prepared to attack her. I used Kurokiri and slashed it at him. "Damn you..." he uttered his last words. "Thank you." She let out a small smile, "I am actually in search of someone worthy and have a good heart in being a member of m - Kagura's army. I have found someone already who I'm talking to right now, actually." She smiled. "You're... giving me a place?" I gasped in shock. She nodded in response, and gave me a pouch of transportation orbs and a letter. "The transportation orbs will allow you to go directly to Sagaria, home to Princess Kagura. All you have to do is place one orb on the ground and smash it with your foot. There, a blue portal will appear, and go straight into it." Blythe explained. "Alright. Thank you, but... Will we meet again in the future?" I asked, worried that I'll never see Blythe again. "... of course, Ruby. We'll definitely see each other again." Blythe nodded, and a blue portal appeared behind her. She went through the portal, and once she was inside, the blue warp hole disappeared. I smiled, thinking about my new life ahead.
