Chapter 3: The New Baby

It's now been 7 months ever since Aoba told Noiz that he was pregnant. "Babe, I'm home!" Noiz came in the door kissed Aoba lightly on the cheek. "Hey, how was work?" Aoba said while trying to get up. "It was ok, how's the baby?" "Babe how many times are you gonna ask that?" Aoba then touches his stomach and looks at Noiz.

"Do you want to go to the doctor, to check?" Noiz kneels downs and kisses Aoba's stomach. "Noiz, what do you think our baby is gonna look like?" "I don't know, we don't even know if it's gonna be a boy or a girl." "Ok, then lets go to the doctor." Noiz gets up and nods. Noiz grabs the keys, and takes Aoba's hand. They walk out the door and go into the car.

On their way to the doctor, Aoba just looked out the window thinking, "I wonder how things are gonna be when we have you. Will Noiz still be the same?" Noiz notices Aoba daydreaming, "babe, we're here." Aoba snaps out of the daydream and looks at Noiz. "Ok, let's go." As they enter in, Noiz goes to the desk and registers.

Noiz and Aoba goes and sits in the waiting room. Aoba being nervous as anything, holds Noiz's hand very tight. "Babe, you're kinda squeezing my hand too tight. There's nothing to be worried about." "I'm sorry Noiz, it's just how many guys have you seen get pregnant?" Aoba says with a bit of a laugh. Noiz blushes and looks away.

An hour passed and Aoba fell asleep. While Noiz was still waiting for the doctor, he was thinking about some things too. "I wonder how being a father will be like." Noiz looks at Aoba and smiles, "Aoba looks so cute when he's sleeping." The doctor finally came and Noiz woke up Aoba.

In the screening room, the doctor looked at Noiz and said, "so, are you excited to be a father?" Noiz blushed and looked at Aoba. "W-well I'm a little bit nervous, but other than that yes sir." Aoba grabbed Noiz's hand, and looked at him. When the doctor was finished he said, "well congratulations, you're having a boy!"

"R-really?!" Noiz smiled and looked at Aoba. "A boy, I can't believe it!" The doctor smiled and nodded "well I am very happy for the both of you!" "Thank you, doctor Haga!" As they exited the hospital Aoba started laughing, "Fufu, it's a boy, what should we name him?" "I don't know yet babe, I'll think of something." As they got closer to the car Noiz noticed that Aoba's eyes were opening and closing. "Babe, are you alright?" "Huh? Oh, umm yeah just a little tired."

"Ok, well we're almost to the car." Aoba just looks down and starts to close his eyes, "babe, what's...!" Before Noiz could finish he sees Aoba starting to fall, and catches him. "Babe, what's wrong, are you alright?!" Noiz holds up Aoba, "N-Noiz...m-my stomach it hurts! I think the baby is coming..!" Aoba says while holding his stomach. "Oh my god...We have to get inside, come on!" Noiz carries Aoba and runs inside the hospital.

Once they've entered the hospital, Dr.Haga was standing next to the desk. "Dr.Haga please help, the baby...!" Before he could finish Dr.Haga called some staff members to help. "Noiz, please lay Aoba on the bed." "B-But.." The doctor have him a smile and said "its gonna be ok." Noiz did what he was told and put Aoba on the bed. Aoba grabbed his hand, "Noiz, please don't leave me!" He said with tears running down his face.

"I would never leave you, I'll always be right here!" Noiz said trying to hold back the tears. "Noiz it's ok, you can come with us." Dr.Haga said, Noiz stood up and said "thank you very much!" Aoba started screaming and said "t-the baby, ahhhhh!" "Quickly we have to go now!" Dr.Haga said with a serious tone in his voice. The two staff members were now running and with Noiz beside Aoba said "its gonna be okay babe, you can do this!" "B-babe I-I'm scared!"

Aoba held Noiz's hand tightly. As they entered the room they quickly put Aoba in a hospital robe. "Ahhhhh! It hurts!" Aoba was now trying to get the baby out. Noiz squeezes his hand and said "come on babe, you can do it!" "Aoba just take deep breathes, and push!" Dr.Haga said. The two staff members were trying to see if the baby's head was in view. "AHHHHHH! IT HURTS!!!!!" Aoba was now crying and had dugged his nails into Noiz's hand. "Come on, DONT give up babe, just keep pushing!"

This went on for 4 hours and then... "WAHHH!" Aoba heard the sound of someone crying.... "Congratulations!" Dr.Haga said smiling. Aoba started crying and laid back on the pillow. Once Noiz saw their baby, he started crying too. The staff member showed Aoba their baby and said "congratulations, your baby is beautiful!" "O-our baby... Noiz our baby, he's beautiful!" Aoba said and squeezed his hand again. The staff member took the baby into another room to clean him up.

Noiz looked at Aoba and smiled with tears running down his face. "Aoba, thank you!" N-Noiz, I-I love you!" Aoba started crying and Noiz lightly kissed Aoba's lips. The other staff member then got some warm towels and cleaned up Aoba. "I'm very happy for both of you!" The staff member said with a smile. "Thank you." Noiz said while wiping away the tears. Noiz crouched down and stroked Aoba's cheek, "I love you too!"

The doctor returned and said that Aoba was gonna be at the hospital for 3 more days and then he could go home. Noiz stayed with Aoba, and took care of him. On the second day the doctor brought the baby in their room. The doctor brought the baby over to Aoba and smiled. Noiz came over to Aoba and kissed him. "He's beautiful, and he even has blue hair just like you babe!"

"Is that so? Well he has your beautiful green eyes." Noiz blushes and looks away, "babe I can't wait until we go home tomorrow with our baby!" Aoba said with an excited voice. Noiz turned around and leaned closer to Aoba. He gently planted a kiss on his lips. As he pulled away Aoba blushed and put his hand on Noiz's cheek. "I love you Noiz." "I love you too Aoba!"

It was now the third day they've been at the hospital, the doctor came into the room and said that Aoba could go home. "I hope you two have a great time with your new baby!" Dr.Haga said with a smile. A few hours have passed and they were now home. "Welcome to your new home, Nathan." Aoba said as they walked into the door. As they were at the hospital Noiz and Aoba came up with the name Nathan for their baby.

Aoba, who was still very exhausted from giving birth, started falling forward. "Woah, you okay babe?" "Yeah, I'm still exhausted from everything." Noiz smiled and then carried Aoba to their bedroom. As they entered their bedroom, Nathan started to cry. "Noiz...?" "It's okay, I'll take care of him, you just rest for now ok?"

Noiz gently held Nathan in his arms and started to cradle him. "Noiz, thank you." Aoba smiled and held Noiz's hand. "You're welcome, now rest for now." Noiz lightly kissed Aoba and walked out the room to go to the kitchen. Noiz grabbed Nathan's bottle and warmed it up. A couple of hours passed and Noiz was still up looking after the baby. Aoba woke up and went to the living room, as he went towards the living room he saw Noiz sleeping on the couch and Nathan sleeping in his crib.

Aoba smiled and walked towards Noiz. "Noiz, thank you for everything." Aoba whispered while stroking Noiz's hair. Noiz woke up and saw Aoba, "hey sleepy head." Aoba said with a joking voice. "Why are you awake babe, you should be sleeping." Noiz said while holding Aoba's hand. "I'm fine now, you should go rest." Aoba got up and sat on Noiz's lap, he lightly kissed his lips and smiled. Noiz blushed and put his hand on Aoba's cheek.

"Okay, well let's go to sleep then." Noiz got up and carried Aoba to their bedroom. He layed Aoba down on their bed, and exited the room to get Nathan. As Noiz walked in Aoba got up, and smiled. "I'll go get his crib." Aoba walked out of the room and picked up Nathan's crib. "Here, put him in the crib." Noiz put Nathan in his crib and smiled. Aoba came behind Noiz and embraced him. "I love you, Noiz!" Noiz turned around and leaned closer to Aoba.

Aoba closed his eyes and felt something soft touch his lips, Noiz pulled away and chuckled. "You know, I've been thinking about some things." "Like what?" "About how much we've been through and about the baby." Aoba noticed a tear falling down Noiz's cheek. "Babe, what's wrong?" Aoba wiped away his cheek and noticed that Noiz was smiling. "Babe I'm crying because I'm happy, I'm happy that you're here with me and that our baby is born."

Noiz pushed Aoba down on the bed and embraced him. "I love you too, and thank you!" Aoba smiled and started crying. "Noiz.." Noiz raised his head and wiped away Aoba's tears with a kiss. "Mhn..." Noiz pulled away and said "are you getting tired?" Aoba smiled and nodded, "then let's go to sleep, we can continue tomorrow." Noiz said with a smirk. Aoba blushed and looked away. "W-whatever, you want." Aoba smiled and kissed Noiz's forehead. "Goodnight." Aoba said. "Goodnight, Aoba, goodnight Nathan." All three of them were now sleeping.
