just a little concern.
lately, most people i've seen or heard from has been sad or uneasy.
but, most of them try to sugarcoat it with terms of happiness and/or laughter.
or, they even try to make something highly important not that big of a deal.
..please don't try to do that.
if you're ever feeling down, talk to someone you trust.
feel free to talk to me also. i'm not the best when it comes to these kind of things, but i can at least help you a little to recover from whatever negative emotion you're feeling.
lastly.you shouldn't harm yourself.
there are so many people who love you, and the people who try to put you down are just envious that you are worth so much, so they try to make you seem unworthy....lots of other people and i are here for you.
(super sorry this book is starting to turn into an emotional roller coaster. i just..really want each and every one of you guys to be healthy and be okay.
