Jisung and Chenle went to the first house and rang the doorbell. Jisung positioned himself to get ready to scare the house owner and as soon as the door opened, the boy let out a growl that was supposed to be scary but came out cute. "GRRRRRAH!!" Jisung screamed with a giggle as he made his hands in shape of a claw. The lady laughed in surprise and patted the boy's head, "Aww...such a cute little wolf!"
"Trick or treat!" Jisung squealed and held up his basket and so did Chenle following the younger's actions with the sweetest smile in his face. The lady went inside the house and brought back a handful of sweets and dropped all of them in Jisung's basket, giving Chenle not a single candy. "Happy Halloween kiddo! Have a good day!" Saying this she closed the door, without even sparing Chenle a glance, as if the boy didn't even exist. Chenle frowned a little at the mistreatment but then shrugged it off as he was used to it and flashing Jisung a cute smile he held out his tiny hand for Jisung to grab it. The younger smiled and took hold of Chenle's hand as they started to walk to the next house.
By the time they had finished trick or treating in every single house in the neighbourhood, Jisung’s basket was overflowing with candies whereas surprisingly Chenle’s basket was empty. Jisung did not understand why everyone was behaving so rudely with Chenle and not giving him candies. He felt so angry. But Chenle did not seem to mind it. He took hold of Jisung’s hand and led him to a park nearby. When they sat down, Jisung took half of the candies from his basket and dropped them in Chenle’s. “Sharing is caring you know…” Jisung said. They both smiled at each other and opened a candy. It was the same one they had last year but when Chenle read the message in his wrapper, both of them were amused. It said,
“You found me!”
“That’s funny…it’s the same one as last year’s.” Jisung said but the shrugged it off thinking that it can also be a coincidence. It was getting late so they decided to go back.
