Chapter 4

“Vik! Aren’t you excited?” Lachlan shrieked of joy. I nod my head sleepily. The guys decided to wake me up sooner than I expected, so I only got a couple hours of sleep.

“Oh Vik, that didn’t look like you were excited one bit!” Rob says.

“Sorry guys, just a little tired!” I say then proceed to yawn. Maybe I do need a better sleep schedule, but I need to make these videos for my fans since we have the ski trip coming up soon. 

"Vik, you seriously need to sleep earlier mate!" Lachlan tells me.

"I know, I know. But you guys are going to have a messed up sleep schedule too when you get here, so it won't even matter if I fix it now!" I tell him.

"True, true, fair enough." Lachlan admitted. 

"Well, you plebs! How about we do Secret Santa with eachother? It'll be great!" Preston suggests. I look over at Lachlan and see him beaming.

"OH! Man that will be hype out of Skype!" Lachlan laughs. 

"Yeah! Let's do it! That sounds great!" Rob chirps in. Imagine if I got Lachlan! What would I get him? Hmm, I don't even know! I don't even know what to get the rest of the Pack! 

"What do you think about that Vik? And we'll tell Mitch and Jerome about it!" Lachlan asks me.

"I think it's a great idea, Lachlan! We should do it! But how would we set this up?" I ask curiosly. 

"True, hmm." Preston says while rubbing his chin. "Oh! How about the first day we get there, we put our names in a hat and draw them out. Then the next day we get the gifts! Well solo, obviously." Preston rambles.

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea! I like it, I like it!" Lachlan says while grinning. He just looks so adorable!

Ugh, Vik! He's your friend, and only your friend. He's probably straight! Get it together, he's coming to your house for a couple days! You can't get this little crush get to you! If he finds out, things could get awkward, real fast. 

"Vik, you okay mate?  You've been zoning out lately." Preston says looking at me with worried look on his face. I look up at him, and give him a small smile.

"Haha, no need to worry about me! Just thinking, you know." I say sheepishly.

"What'cha thinking about that's more important than us?" Rob says jokingly. 

"Um, n-nothing." I say, blushing a little. 

"Oo! Is Vikky blushing?" Preston mused.

"Is it a girl you're thinking about, Vik?" Lachlan asks.

"What? No, no. It's not important guys." I say, I mean it's just a silly little crush anyway. It'll blow pass.

"Is she pretty? Did you get a girlfriend, Vik?!" Preston says smirking. 

"Guys, there is no girl. I have no time for a girlfriend." I explain to them while Preston gives me a funny look and Rob starts laughing,

"Dude, I have a girlfriend and I still have time for her!" Preston rebuked.

"I mean like, Preston! You, just, just let it gooo." I complain.

"Let it goo! Let it gooo! Can't hold it back anymorreeee!" Lachlan sings. Rob then starts singing with Lachlan and I start chuckling.

"But Vik! Seriously, what's up man? You can tell us!" Rob confirmed to me. I give him a genuine smile and shake my head.

"Guys, guys, guys! You are making this into a big deal! Nothing is bothering me." I lie to them. Rob and Preston look at me with concerned looks. While Lachly is eyeing me carefully and I just give them a small smile. 

"Vik, I'm being serious, right now-" Preston starts.

"I know me too! But seriously guys, if it bothered me that bad, I would tell you guys." I explain to them. "But look, I'm going to take a nap now, so I'll talk to you guys later." I say waving to them.

"Bye Vik!" Preston says forcing a smile.

"Vik, I-" Rob stops himself and starts smiling. "Talk to you later Vik!" I look at Lachlan, but he just stares at the screen, not saying a word. He just looks serious, too serious for Lachlan. I say bye to the guys one more time and then leave the call.
