Chapter 5

"Vik! Get down here!" JJ yells my name. I roll over on my back and just stare at the ceiling for a few seconds. I groan and try to get up, and walk down the stairs. "Hey mate, we're leaving soon!"

"Oh okay." I yawn. I look around and see Harry talking to Cal, and Josh laughing with Ethan and Tobi. but Simon is not to be seen.

"Oi, where's Simon?" Josh asks.

"I'm here, I'm here!" Simon says walking down the stairs. He looks really tired, he even has big dark bags underneath his eyes.

"Simon, you alright mate?" Josh asks concerned. Simon just nods his head very slowly and mumbled an incoherent response. While Tobi and Ethan were engrossed in their own conversation,

"Boys! Ethan just said that he like-like guys!" Tobi laughs while Ethan starts laughing too.

"Ethan might try something on you guys, be careful!" Cal jokes.

"I did not say that! You prick!" Ethan says laughing.

"So what, we already knew he was gay!" Harry says making the guys laugh. I awkwardly stand there trying not to say anything.

"No! I am not gay! I like girls, thank you very much!" Ethan says getting defensively.

"Woah mate! Why are you so defensive? What's wrong with being gay? Are you a homophobe, man?" Josh says. I shift my gaze to the floor, it's just banter, Vik. Calm down. But I still feel my palms start to get sweaty.

"No! It's just you know." Ethan trails off.

"But if one of us were gay, Ethan? How would you feel?" Harry asks Ethan. I feel my stomach drop and my eyes go wide.

"Um, just a little awkward, I mean, not because I have anything wrong with gays, it's just you guys are all straight and al-"

"Okay guys. That's enough. We have to go now." Simon remarked. Oh thank god, Simon. "You guys go on, I forgot something." Simon tells them while heading up the stairs.

"Bye Vik, take care of the house mate!" Josh says.

"Have fun with your friends Vik, but not too much fun." JJ winks while laughing way too hard about what he said. I just shake my head and call him an idiot. Tobi, Cal, Ethan, and Harry all say there goodbyes and some snarky remarks, then they all exit into their cars. Then heavy footsteps were running down the stairs.

"Bye Vik, make sure you don't go in my room, okay?" Simon says while looking at me, but I don't respond. I just stare at him. He gives me a confused face and says, "Is there something on my face?"

"Oh. No, there's nothing on your face. I-I just need to talk to you Simon." I says feeling nervous of what I'm about to tell him. I look up at his eyes and say, "It's really important."

Sort of a cliffhanger! (¬‿¬) But I decided to update this earlier than I expected because why not? This chapter really isn't that interesting but don't worry, the Pack will be coming to Vik's, MAYBE next chapter!

Preston- Redstone's not perfect, just like your face! (Wow darude, I think Vik is bootyful!)

Vik- I'm out!

Lachlan- Oiii, that's not true!
