I want unlimited candies!

Childish and pure wish, voiced out by a young boy who's physically smaller than any boys around his age. The canine teeth peeking through his bright grin adds more to his cuteness. Yes, none will object that the boy was indeed cute and sweet.

What about now?

Albeit none finds him particularly lovable, he's not hated either. Just so-so. His sharp eyes and the canine teeth are like a magnet for ladies. None can ignore his badboyish look, though the person doesn't seem to care. His all black appearance adds more to his mysteriousness. If there is something which isn't black on him, it would be the pack of candies he always bring.

Bell rings upon the door opening, revealing a clean medical room where a young man in white uniform is sitting. The young man lifts his head, meets that sharp gaze, and lets out a gentle smile out of habit.

"I can smell the candy." The young dentist, Xiao Xing Chen, says but earns no response. "This's the 3rd times this month. Xue Yang, I think you need to stop eating candies and listen to me."

Xue Yang says nothing. He walks slowly, silently lying down on the operation chair. Seeing it up close, Xiao Xing Chen notices the small bruise on Xue Yang's cheek. What a stubborn young man.

"Is it hurt? How bad?" Xue Yang then raises his fingers. "Five out of ten. It's quite severe."

Putting on a medical mask and gloves, Xiao Xing Chen checks Xue Yang's condition. He is focuses on the inside of Xue Yang's mouth, he doesn't noticed Xue Yang has been staring since the beginning. Equally attentive despite focusing on different thing. They are staring at each other, but not looking at each other. Or at least for Xiao Xing Chen's part, he isn't looking at Xue Yang.

"Done. It shouldn't give you any more trouble." Xiao Xing Chen removes his mask and gloves and throw them to the trashbin. "That, if you stop eating a pack of candy a day."
"Impossible."
"...why?"

Xue Yang sits up, stares at Xiao Xing Chen sharply. Normal people will think Xue Yang is angry, but Xiao Xing Chen knows him enough to read a few of his facial features.

"It must be hurt."
"I'm not complaining."
"Yes, it's true. You are truly strong."
Xue Yang shook his head. "No at all. I am weak against someone."
"Oh? Who?"
"You."

Xiao Xing Chen looks surprised.

"I am weak against you." Xue Yang stands and holds Xiao Xing Chen's hand. "Doctor, I am weak against you. You have to cure me."
"I can only help aleviate your toothache."
"I'll break my teeth more. You will have no choice but heal me over and over. More reason for me to keep coming."
"Please don't."
"I don't mind. I can see you more often."
"...please don't." Xiao Xing Chen lowers his eyes, returns the grip around his hand. "You don't have to do such a painful thing to see me."
