Uncovered Crystal

~No one's POV~

Everyone ate their dinner and in silence, only glancing at each other awkwardly. "Uhm, I'm going to go to bed early today." Crystal said quietly, standing up and putting her plate in the sink. The others watched her as she left. Waiting until he heard her door close, Seungri looked at Taeyang, "Soooo what were you two doing in there huh? Seems like you two were getting it on." He nudged the irritated Taeyang. "Nothing was going on between us, now drop it." Taeyang slightly glared at him. "Seungri was just messing around, take it easy." GD said, beginning to worry about his friend more. "What's up with you?" GD asked, putting his chopsticks down. "She's hiding something big from us, and I feel like there's a lot more to her then what we see." Taeyang said in an uneasy voice. "Isn't that everyone?" TOP sighed, putting his chopsticks down as well. "I searched her up a while ago and found an article. But I didn't have time to read it." Taeyang said, looking back at his food. "Why don't you just stalk her then." Daesung joked, not thinking that Taeyang would actually take that idea and put it to action.

~Fast Forward to next day~

"Stupid." GD smacked Daesung over the head. "Wha?! I didn't think he'd take it seriously and actually do it!" He whined, clutching his head. "What if she comes up to the attic and sees us?" Seungri cried, nervously biting at his nails. "She won't, people don't even know we have an attic. I didn't until five days ago." Taeyang said as he watched the monitor. The boys had spent all night setting up cameras in every corner of every room except the bathrooms. "Ey shut up, she's talking." Taeyang shushed his worried friends.

"Well, the boys are out of the house for a while." Crystal spoke to her camera as she walked into the kitchen in her pajamas. "Have to admit though, it's kinda strange without them." Crystal laughed slightly, placing her camera down on the kitchen counter and positioning it before making herself some breakfast. "I think I might use this time to catch up on my uploads. So my plans are to just get maybe like 3 or more dance covers today and have a live Q&A tomorrow evening for about maybe 2 hours if I can but right now I'm going to make some breakfast for myself." She turned back to the stove top where she had her pan heating up and cracked a few eggs in after buttering the pan and made herself an omelet with mushrooms and spinach.

After finishing breakfast, Crystal took Boss and Borris out for an half an hour walk before heading back and changing into a strapless, sparkly black dress that stopped bellow mid thigh with silver gloves that stopped at her elbow. Crystal went into the dance studio room and set up her camera on the tripod before turning it on, "Alright, I know this is has been long overdue but here it is, my dance and singing cover of paparazzi by SNSD. Hope you guys enjoy."

~The guys~

"Wow, she's amazing." Senguri awed as he watched Crystal sing and dance through the laptop screen. "And to think it took us half of our lives to be like that and she only took a year or two." GD sulked slightly, thinking that it was slightly unfair. "Bet the girls have it harder though, seriously, they have to dance in those things they call heels." Daesung added, shuddering at the memory of the parodies where he had to wear heels. "Hey you guys," TOP's voice tore the boys' attention away from the laptop screen. "Look at what I found." Turning his laptop around towards the others, he showed them the article that Taeyang saw a few days ago. "The fuck is this real?" GD couldn't believe what the article in front of him said. "It's real." Taeyang's flat voice replied. "You know about this?" Seungri asked, pointing at the article. Taeyang nodded and explained to them how he came about it but chose to keep quiet since it was not his place to tell.

"So quiet without the guys around, it's weird." Crystal's voice grabbed their attention back to the screen. "What do we do? Do we just keep quiet about it? Approach her?" TOP asked while his fingers drummed at the laptop. "I say we should keep quiet. She'll tell us when she wants to." Taeyang said, feeling a slight tug at his heart. "I agree, let's just keep quiet for now." GD said, turning back to the screen and observing Crystal. "Here's a vlog on her channel." TOP said, placing the laptop on some boxes and playing the video.

~Video~
"Hey guys." Crystal smiled as she sniffled. "I'm sorry for being inactive for a while I've just had a lot going on lately," Crystal's voice broke, "Most of you probably already saw the article that's been on the web this week about the whole issue." Crystal took a deep breathe and wiped her eyes. "I'm sorry this is just really hard for me." There was a small pause as Crystal calmed down a bit. "I just can't believe that it's finally over. I really don't know how I let it go that far. I just couldn't leave him, he would threaten suicide or change for a bit before going back to how he was before. A few months ago he started to uhm he... He started to rape me. I was going to report him to the police but then I found out that I was pregnant and he changed for a bit after finding out. I really thought he changed that time because of the baby and all but I was wrong, he went back to abusing me and raping me. He locked me in a room and chained me to the bed, he took away anything that I could use to contact people, he painted the window black, and barely fed me twice a day. About 5 months into my pregnancy I had a miscarriage and started to get really ill." Crystal paused a bit and took a sip of water before continuing. "I thought I was going to die soon and I actually wanted to die at that point, but a friend of his that came back from her vacation accidentally stubbles upon me when she was searching for the restroom and rushed me to the hospital." Crystal sighed and repositioned herself in her chair. "He made me feel as if there was no one else that would want me and that he was the only one that could ever like someone like me. He really tore down my self esteem and I guess I just... I don't know anymore but I'm glad it's over." A small smile tugged at Crystal's lips, "I'm going to start uploading like how I use to before I went MIA and thank you for all the support you guys are giving me it's really helping me recover quicker than I anticipated. I'm going to make a poll in which I'll put the link to in the description for you guys to rank and vote what song covers you want me to do and what dance tutorials you guys would like to see." Crystal waved at the camera and said bye before the ending screen popped up and the video ended.

"Shit man, she's been through so much shit." GD said while the others sat there speechless. 'That might explain her behavior that one day...' Taeyang thought as he remember that day in the kitchen when she froze and got really scared of him.
