~Chapter 11~ Happy holidays! (1144)

Kai's POV:

"Kaiiii!" Shouted my mother, "Could you go get the tree from the basement? And Caleb, could you get the ornaments?"

"Yeeaahhh!" Caleb and I yelled back at the same time. Our eyes met and we both blushed lightly.

We headed down into the basement. My teeth started to chatter and I got a cold chill.

"It's so cold down here." Caleb pouted and grabbed his upper arms. I walked over to him and hugged him from behind.

"Better?" I ask, giggling, as he started blushing. He reached his hand into my pajamas and said, "I like it better in here." I blushed insanely and put my hand in his boxers.

We sighed and headed over to the box and opened it quickly. I took out a plastic Santa ornament and hung it at the top of the tree. Caleb took out his "Babies First Christmas" ornament out of a small box and hung it carefully on the tree, trying not to drop it.

40 minutes later:

I put on the last of the streamers. Our mother has to have red and green ones no matter how tacky it looks.

Caleb and I sighed. It was already 11:36 in the morning. Half of our day was wasted.

Caleb looks over at me. He grabs my hand and quickly leads me upstairs.

"Hey, Caleb or Kai," We groan loudly, "Could you come taste test the fudge?" Caleb and I walked into the kitchen angrily and grabbed a spoon from the drawer.
