" Mark ? " Witney hugged me and giggled .
" heyy , Wit ," I replied , delighted to see her . " Seven years . You haven't changed one bit ."
She hasn't . She was still youthful . Still beautiful . I was so stupid for letting her go . For not fighting for her . I will get her back . I will fix this . She will be mine . She will be .
" So , how are you ?"
" I'm fine . I decided to settle down . I was ready for a new phase in my life . So , I stopped dancing ."
I was shocked . Stop dancing . She stopped dancing . Dancing was everything to her . To us . Dancing brought us together . Dancing was a part of us . Of her . I could have never imagined her quitting dance .
" Wit , will you uh , will you meet me here ? " I asked .
" Mark . I , I don't know . " I could tell she was thinking about it .

I transformed the studio . It was beautiful . Elegant . I couldn't wait to see Witney's face .
When I saw her , my heart skipped a beat . She was wonderful . Perfect .
" Mark ... It's so pretty ," Witney said , awed .
I lead her to her seat . I lit the candles before sitting down across from her . We ate , laughed . It was the best time do my life . I remembered how great she was . How amazing she was .
Once we were done , I lead her to the empty space .
" Recall how to dance ?" I asked , smirking .
" I remember Ballas , I remember ."
We danced and it was breathtaking . We moved as one . We moved so effortlessly . It was humbling . Perfect .
We were coming to an end when I saw it . I saw the thing that shattered my heart . I saw the ring upon her finger . My heart was broken . I was devastated . Engaged ? How could she be engaged ? Witney looked and realized why I was shocked .
" Mark , I'm so sorry . I shouldn't have come ," Witney asked pulling away from me . I was speechless . I tried to say something . Anything . But I couldn't I was just shocked .
" I ... I need to go ." Witney exclaimed and quickly walked out .
I couldn't believe it . She was engaged . I was now even more determined . I was even more determined to get her back .
