He stood at the end of the isle, he waited for her. He thought about if he should tell her or not. {would her feelings change?} he wondered. {would she be scared of me and run away} he continued, { or would she stay and love me just the same?} he shook his head. He doubted it, he doubted the fact that she would ever accept him. Should he just cancel the wedding before it was too late?
As he kept thinking he saw the huge double doors open. His breath was almost taken as she walked in. "Wow". He whispered to himself. She was dressed in a gold and white gown. Her hair was pulled into a bun and she had curly strands of hair hanging down. Gold earrings and a silver and told crown. She smiled as she walked up to him, and the crowd seemed in awe.
She got up to him and all he could do was smile, even with the horrible taunting thoughts in his head. She took his hands as he took hers. The preacher began to say his wise words about love and marriage and family. But Connor blocked it out, it bothered him he couldn't tell her, shouldn't that be based on the subject of trust? It crushed him.
Soon it came time to say the vows. "Do you take Anna to be your wife?" The loud man spoke. Connor nodded "I do" he Answered. Anna smiled wide as she said she did with taken him as her husband. They kisses and with that the marriage was sealed. Anna looked up at Connor "i love you" she said as she held him close.
He looked down at her, she was so short. An he thought it was cute, "i love you too" he replied as he felt her grip get tighter. If he told, and she ran, he would miss her. He would miss her holding him, loving him. But because of what he was, that horrible beast inside, would he ever be loved? {of course not!} he answered his own thought. {monsters are never loved.} he added.
They walked to the feast room enjoying the celebration. Connor didn't eat, he didn't want to even feed his own beast hunger as his throat burned. But he wanted to control that blood thirsty animal. That curse he stupidly made a deal with the devil with. All through the night, he thought, he thought of why he made that deal.
