The day was over and everything was fine,
Uncle Jim said, he won't be later than nine.
Moments had passed and everything was swell,
Except the truth that being lonely and an orphan made life a living hell.

An ordinary boy with ordinary feelings,
But to others a boy possessed with inner demons.
Bullying and mockery were just a part of life,
But no, I can't be depressed , it's not the society's strife.

And there I saw on the table a picture of my parents,
Life was so simple, the world, much less scary.
But now I'm a burden, Xerxes helot,
Fighting against my mind, Leonidis's zealot.

One little slash, that's all it takes,
To cut life's thread, become Grim Reapers fate,
But in the darkness I saw my parents smile,
"Son", they said,  "You have a better choice..."
