A couple months ago izuku was training with All might until this happend

All Might: YOUNG MIDORIYA! I NEED TO TELL YOU SOMTHING REALLY IMPORTANT!

Midoriya asked what was it and he was left in shock

He said these words "Young Midoriya you have a special cancer due to one for all you dont lose hair and you dont feel the symptoms for another couple months in sorry young man"

Present

Midoriya: Why didn't I tell her I had cancer! I said a little loud but not enough for anyone to hear so I took my cancer pills and rested

Timeskip after Nejire came back

Nejire was back from America and was greeted by her friends and her boyfriend soon after she told everyone she got 2nd place in the paegent everyone was happy for her

Soon Midoriya left to go train and Nejire realised she left something In Midoriyas room so she called mirio, jirou and tamaki to help her look for this missing item

Nejire was looking through the drawers and tamaki was looking in the bathroom and jirou was looking in the drawers and mirio was looking under the bed

Jirou was searching her spot until she saw a case with pills in it so she looked at the description and fell to the ground tears on her way.

The other three went to her and checked what happened and looked at the case.

"NO?! No!? Nononononononononono
NO!" Nejire yelled

As she fell to the ground crying soon they brought her to the common room where everyone was at then they showed them the pills which left everyone in tears (yes even todoroki and Bakugo)

Soon after Midoriya came back from training only to be greeted by everyone with a sad face

What wrong he asked.

Then Nejire showed him the pills
