the birthweek song

THE GROUP, MINUS Beck, and Sinjin were sitting outside having lunch. Billie was in between Jade and Sinjin, she had her head on Jade's shoulder while texting her older brother Finneas. Billie's black eye had finally healed, she was tried of putting makeup over it as she hardly ever wears it unless it's for a music video or she's filming something.

"Suggestions for birthweek presents for Trina." Tori said while typing what she just said onto her laptop that she had out, "Okay. Andre, start us off."

"Cheese." Andre replied, Billie looked at the boy like he had two heads, "Let's not do cheese."

"Robbie?" Tori asked.

"Lotion. Or various lotions." Robbie replied, everyone looked at the boy not very surprised at his answer.

"Gross. Cat?" Tori asked the red head.

"Well, for my last birthday, I thought my parents were gonna get me a bike, but when I got home from school, my brother was trying to cut off his hair. So my mom started yelling at-" Cat said before getting cut off by Tori.

"Jade."

"Yeah?" Jade asked not very interested.

"What should I get Trina?"

"Talent."

"Billie?"

"I don't know. She's your sister. I don't really know her or live with her." Billie replied, she's never actually had a conversation with Trina that didn't end with her telling her to 'shut the fuck up' and she thought that Tori would know what to get her own sister.

"Oh, Billie and Jade are so pretty." Sinjin said while staring dreamily at the two girls.

"Three, two, one." Both girls said at the same time causing Sinjin to pick up his bag and leave.

"Does anyone have a good idea about a present for Trina?" Tori asked while Billie and Jade rolled their eyes.

"You people give us a rash." Jade said picking up her stuff while Billie did the same but flipping them off at the same time.

The two girls walked off and found another place to sit down. Jade looked at her best friend who now had a notebook and a pen in front of her.

"What's with the book?" Jade asked.

"I'm writing some new songs. You know since my first song came out I've been wanting to write some more songs and possibly have an album." Billie replied, not looking up from the book.

"Pass me the book." Jade held her hand out towards the other girl who gave her the book. She looked through the book and stopped on one of the pages before handing it back, "Use this one."

"Thanks."

Billie walked into Tori's house, without knocking, and saw Tori laying on one of the couches and Andre on the other with a keyboard in front of him.

"Why did you text me to come here?" She asked as she sat down next to the boy.

"We're writing a song for my sisters birthday and we need your help. Please." Tori practically begged the girl.

"Okay, fine, I'll help. I have nothing better to do."

A few minutes later Andre spoke up, "Okay, how about this?" He played a song on the keyboard.

Tori sat up and faced the two, "I love that, but you really think we're gonna be able to have a whole song ready by Trina's birthday?"

"No worries, and I'll get a banging band here, some girls to back you up, lights, it'll be the chiz."
