The girl I like isn't snapping me back! It's been like 3 hours since I first sent her a snap. She's left me unopened! I know she's been on Snapchat since I sent her it. I saw her story. Does she hate me or something? I doubt it. I'm really likeable. I give up on Snapchat and scroll through my insta. Nothing interesting is there, so I just focus on lip syncing to my music.

Someone taps me on the shoulder, and I look up. It's Josephine. "Do you want to play B.S. with us?

I check my phone to see if anybody has snapped me. No one has, so I respond

"Sure." And make my way over to the group setting up to play bs.

After a few minutes of playing, Rose makes her way over to us. Bro, I can't stand that girl. She's so annoying and argumentative. Why does she have to come over. Can't she just, like, talk to Maggie or something? Well, if I were Maggie, I'd ditch her, too. Rose asks if she can join the game. Harriet agrees. I can't say that I'm happy with this choice. So I ask her, "Why are you here?"

Her response isn't as antagonistic as I'd normally expect. She says that she "just wants to play B.S."

Sure. I believe that. Oh, wait, no I don't. It's total B. S.

So I respond in a way certain to get a rise out of her, "So?"

It gets the desired reaction.

"Why does it matter to you anyways?" I really do enjoy arguing. Rose is an especially good person to argue with. To keep this going I respond with classic, "Because I don't like your face. Hey, does anyone else here like her face?"

This will be interesting to see the retort to this.

"Well I think it's nice." She states bluntly, and continues by saying, "Either way, it's better than yours."

Before i can think of an effective response. Josephine jumps into the fray by saying much to the amusement of others,

"Just stop flirting you two. We're trying to play bs here."

Wow. That was cruel. Like I'd ever even consider dating that idiot. She looks like a tomato. Rose has a serious blushing problem. Like, it's really bad. Maybe that's why her parents named her Rose!

I don't really care what Josephine thinks of me anyways. I put in a airpod and only half paying attention to the game going on. The game goes on fine for a few minutes. In that time, I check my phone at least 10 times. Nothing changes. I look back up to see that Harriet isn't there. I opened my mouth, but then I'm not there either. It looks like I'm back in Boston. But shouldn't we be in the middle of nowhere?

Authors Note: Sorry about not posting on Friday. Terry is a freshman who plays lacrosse
