"You ready?" Raewon asked the boy standing next to her. She had her hand intertwined with his.

"I don't know," Seungmin whispers. "I look stupid, let's just go back,"

He was about to walk away when she pulled him back. "Relax, will you? Let's fix your hair first."

Raewon brushed his hair neatly as Seungmin focuses on her. She also fixed his coat and collar.

Raewon noticed how Seungmin was looking at her, "What is it?"

Seungmin smiled, "You look beautiful."

"Stop flattering. Come on, my parents are waiting."

The couple walked inside the restaurant and spotted the family near the window.

Seungmin was so nervous. It was his first time meeting Raewon's family— except for his cousins and aunt.

"I'm not sure I can do this..." He whispers again.

"Yes, you can."

They arrived at the table and was greeted by smiles and hellos.

"Raewon, sweetie sit down." Mrs. Jeon motions.

"Let your boyfriend sit as well." Mr. Jeon adds.

Wonwoo was smirking as he moved to the side to make room for Seungmin and Raewon.

"So what's the name of this handsome young man?" Her mom asked, looking at Seungmin.

Seungmin's eyes landed on Raewon. He was so nervous, he couldn't speak. She elbowed him and Seungmin flinched.

"Good morning. I'm Kim Seungmin! Sir! Maam!" Were the words that came out of Seungmin's mouth.

Raewon's parents looked at each other. Wondering what was wrong.

"Mom, Dad, you're making him nervous." Wonwoo comments.

Mrs. Jeon shook her head and faced Seungmin, "Oh, I didn't mean to— I'm sorry sweetie,"

Raewon squeezed Seungmin's hand and motions to her parents, "It's alright. I'm here."

Seungmin nods and faced her parents again, "I'm so sorry. I'm just a little tense."

Mr. Jeon chuckles lightly, "That's okay. I mean I was like that too when I first met her parents—" He pointed at Mrs. Jeon.

They laughed at the table and Seungmin started to feel at ease.

"So, Seungmin, what are you taking up?" Mrs. Jeon asked as the waiter finished taking their orders.

"Oh, I'm taking up a bachelor's degree in Philosophy." Seungmin explains. "After I graduate, I'm planning to go to Law School and become a Prosecutor someday."

"That's good." Mr. Jeon compliments making Seungmin smile. "You already have your future planned. Unlike others—"

"Look dad!" Raewon changes the subject, knowing he was talking about her. "The food is here."

Wonwoo raises an eyebrow, "Let's eat then."

The family enjoyed their lunch and Seungmin fitted right in, making Raewon really happy.
