I wake up next to a wide-awake jasper reading a book next to me I get up and when I do I run to the bathroom and vomit jasper and the others behind me with worried looks. I look at them with the I'm going to be fine look and jasper comes up to me and says "I'll go make u breakfast and get u some water" I nod and they left I got up and did my morning stuff when Alice walks in "here some cloth for you to wear" she told me "thank you" I said and she smiled at me "um Luna before I go can you tell me what kind of girls nick likes" she asks in curiosity and I laugh she looks at me confused "I get it you have a crush on him or is he your mate" I ask her and she nods " I think he's my mate" she confessed "well in that case he doesn't have a type but he likes girls who are nice, energetic, um that can make him smile, that can get along with the family" I told her and she smiles "thank you" she told me "your welcome" and with that, she walked out the door maybe to go find nick. I head to Jasper who was in the kitchen finishing my breakfast I kiss his cheek and sit down he puts a plate of pancakes in front of me and a glass of water "are you feeling ok" he asks with concern "yea I'm ok" I told him and started eating he went out to hunt and I soon finished eating I sat in Jaspers room and read a book Esme gave me to my unborn child its called 'I will always love you' and it is about a mother and her child. As I read I felt the baby kick me from what I read in moms to be chapter two. babies aren't supposed to kick until 16-25 weeks into the pregnancy I called Carlisle and he said they were on their way back home I told him that I was going to wait in the office he agreed.

its been 5 minutes and Carlisle got home with the others he did another ultrasound on me and he said I was 16 weeks in the pregnancy and looked like it too but how. "maybe the child has vampire genes and is speeding its growth every day" he told me and I nod "what are we going to do" I ask him and jasper comes in "we start working on our future" he said and I look at him in confusion "what do you mean" I asked him. he smiled at me and said "I think you know what I meant by that" my eyes widened "are you sure you want to take that step?" I asked him and he nods.

Alice's pov

I was walking threw the woods when I saw him nick my mate I turned around to head the other way but nick was right in front of me and smiling "where do you think you going" he said holding my waist. if I could blush I would be redder then a tomato "um I was going to go back to the house" I told him almost losing my words "oh I was hoping to talk with you" he told me with a sad expression letting go of my waist "oh if you want we could talk for a bit" I told him and he smiled he grabbed my hand and dragged me to a river "wow this place is beautiful" I told him and he smiled "I found this place while I was hunting" he explained and I sat down dipping my feet into the water "its really warm" I told him and he sat down next to me and he said something that shocked me "I know you are my mate Alice and I know you know that too but why didn't you just admitted it" he said with sadness in his eyes "did you not want me as your soulmate, am I not good enough" he asked at the edge of tears "no, no its nothing like that I just didn't think you were into me" I said holding his cheeks in my hands and he smiles and I hug him. he holds my hand and we head home.
