Last Summer

Chapter 42

Instead of going home, we have to go to Jack and Wolf's house since we need to go shopping for baby essentials since Jaidon was a surprise and we have literally nothing except for 3 outfits and a blanket, some baby formula and diapers for him.
Wolf and Jack agree to watch over Jaidon for a bit while we go shopping and I thank them.
The first place we go to Kohls because its the only place I can remember that sells baby things.

After 2 hours of shopping, we have
- 48 outfits
- 6blankets
- a changing table
- 7 boxes of diapers
- a stroller
- a crib
- more baby formula
- some stuffed animals
- high chair
- and a carseat for babies (idk what it's called)

We drop off all the stuff and Jordan stays home to set it up while I drive to Jack and Wolf's house to get Jaidon. "Hey, babyboy" I coo, cradling him in my arms "Jack just fed and burped him so he's about ready for a nap" Wolf tells me and I nod, thanking them again before driving back home to see Jordan has the crib and changing table set up and I lay Jaidon down in the crib as he falls asleep.

"How much fun have you had, putting the crib and high chair together?" I ask, sitting on our bed "oh my god so much fun you wouldn't believe it! I should have you try if sometime!" he says and I giggle "Nah, I'll leave you to have all that fun" I say and he chuckles, literally sliding onto the bed and scooping me into his arms "you smell like vanilla" he mumbles and I giggle. After a moment of staring at my lips, I say "it's not polite to stare" and he chuckles "I'll just do this then" he smashes our lips together and kisses me passionately.
