When we got back to the stables and all the lessons were finished. This is when all the project ponies and horses come in while if some the helpers don't have project ponies the will tide up and make sure everything is done.
Liz took me up to the office so she could tell me something, she said "Lauren I've got to tell you some thing do you know that pony out there he needs someone to break him in so I was thinking if he could be your project pony. I said "ye why , not how hard could it be" "well Lauren it can be anyway his name is Winnie and his show name is Winnie the Pooh. So do you want to get him in al help you as well so come on then get the new head collier for him.
We got to the pasture and Liz was unlocking the gate Winnie was a lot cammer than he was earlier we walked in he popped his head up and looked at us as we walked slowly over to him he took two steps back but he stopped and walked over to me. I put on he head collier very easily it was like a new friendship of me and Winnie.
I lead him down to the yard where there was other youngsters I tied him up all the other ponies were looking at Winnie. I got the glomming kit wen got him and I brought out the brush and let him sniff it but the first time I put it on to his coat he jamp a little then he was loving the brush on his coat. Everyone was going up to lunge their projects so Liz said I could try to put tack on Winnie. We started with the bridle he took it in first time but then he spat it out then we tried again and Winnie did it really well.
Now it was time for the saddle we took the nummnah up to him to let him sniff it and then when we got the saddle out and let him sniff it and then we put it on him he was just perfect.
By the time when we we're done the other projects came down from the arena. We got Winnie his fly rug out so we rattled it at him, we rubbed it at him, we let him sniff it and we finally put it on him. It was a standard neck rug and then we had a fly mask to put on.
