I must have been staring dumbly at the picture of my father for several minutes before I realized I needed to wake up and get down to breakfast before the devil came for himself to see what was taking long. I quickly put the picture of my father back in the book and slipped into a long black dress and walked to the dining room, lining my pockets with the plastic bags Kathleen had given me. I pushed the heavy doors open, and I could see Hades and Taehyung seated at the table already. Their attention turned to me. Neither of them said anything. I maintained composure and walked to my place at the table. "You're late", Taehyung said, narrowing his eyes at me. Freak, I thought to myself. "I'm sorry.....Taehyung", I said through gritted teeth. Honestly, I couldn't get my hands on that potion fast enough. "Bro, chill out", Hades said. "She's not that late."

"And when I need to be reminded of who is or is not late, I will remind you", Taehyung said. Hades scowled at his plate, obviously pissed. You're not the only one God of the Underworld.

Taehyung rang a small silver bell loudly. Servants came in with plates of food and set them before us. They raised the lids and placed portions on our plates. I hadn't eaten since yesterday morning before I came here, so I was hungry. But I couldn't touch this food, or else I wouldn't be able to leave, whether I kill Taehyung or not. Hades and Taehyung dug in immediately. Their attention wasn't on me at all, so when they weren't looking, I would take a napkin and pick up some of the food and place it in my plastic pocket. I carefully continued until everything on my plate was gone. A few minutes later, Hades looked over at me. "Done already?", he says. I force a smile on my face. "Yeah, I didn't eat last night, so I was pretty hungry", I said. "Would you care for more?", he asked. I leaned back. "Oh no, I couldn't eat another bite", I say innocently. "You two just go ahead and talk about whatever it is you talk about." Taehyung eyed me and grunted, but didn't say anything more. "Oh, and today you will come with me on a tour of my- ah sorry, our kingdom", he says. I stand. "Sure, but not now", I say. "I beg your pardon?", Taehyung said, his hand slowly balling into a fist. "I would like to spend some time in the library first", I say. "Since it is the one part of this confinement that I might enjoy." Hades looked at his brother and nodded. "Very well", Taehyung said. "But keep in mind, you will join me for a tour of this kingdom one way or another, understood?" I didn't reply. I just turned to leave.

"You could be a little nicer Taehyung", Hades said. "You've put the poor girl through enough already. She is to be your queen, so start treating her like one."

"Don't tell me what to do", Taehyung snapped. "You treat your wife the way you want to treat her, and I'll treat mine the way I want to. What are you? A secret light goddess?"

Secret light goddess.....

Light.....

That was it!

I closed the door behind on Hades and Taehyung, who were still bickering. I had the answer. I raced to the library. Kathleen wasn't there yet. I threw the plastic filled bags of food into a fireplace, so no one would find evidence of anything. The bags blazed in the fire, and I ran to my room and took the book and went back to the library. When I did, Kathleen was there this time. "Kathleen!", I said. Kathleen jumped, obviously startled. "Please Ree-Ha, lower your voice! Someone might hear you using my real name!" "Sorry", I said sheepishly. "I'm just excited!" "Why?", Kathleen asked. "Because I have the answer to the riddle! It's light!"

"What?", Kathleen said, sitting down. I flipped open the book to the page with the riddle. "It says it's something the Sun God created, you see it in the daytime, and not so much down here, and to find the answer we need to hold it up to it", I said, but Kathleen still didn't look so sure. So I carefully picked the page up and held it to the light. The page glowed brightly, and black lettering spread across the page. It was the ingredients!
