-Sebastian pov-
It's been a few months since the huge argument. We're going to nationals and seem like one of the highly anticipated teams. It just feels like the world is going to fast. Santana graduates before too long and then I'm left here. I don't wanna lose my girl.

"Sebastian!" I jump out of my thoughts and see Santana holding out her hand "The bus stopped we are at the hotel"

"Oh right" I grab her hand and get up "You're hair is coming in even more!"

"I know!" We walk to the exit of the bus "Though right now it looks like a buzz cut! I hope to have my hair back to it's flowing ways!"

"You look beautiful no matter what" I give her a quick kiss as we get off the bus "Now let's get to the rest of the club"

Santana nods and we walk to the glee club that's standing in front of the hotel entrance. I can deal with my relationship and life at a later time. When we get here Mr. Shue starts talking.

"Alright team" He claps his hands and smiles "We've been through hell and back multiple times...but we got this! Win or lose though I'm still going to be proud of you all! So let's give it our all alright?!"

"YEAH!"

We all grab our stuff and head into the hotel. I get my bag and roll it into the hotel lobby. Santana and I are roomed together but with one catch.

"OH SANTI LOOK!" We both sigh with smiles as Amelia runs over holding fancy mints "They said they are free and I could take as many as I wanted! They even refilled at and said I could take more!"

"That's good Mami" Amelia looks over her mints and tries her best not to drop them "Lets get our key cards and head up to the room"

"Oh I already have that!" Amelia turns around and I quickly turn my head from looking at her back pockets where the two key cards are "See! Can one of you grab them?"

"Santana I love your mom!" Brittany hops over and I immediately register her sugar rush "She bought me worms and worms and worms! Did I mention she bought me gummy worms?"

"No I don't think you did" I get thumped on the foot by Quinn, Hit on the back of the head by Santana, Deadlegged by Rachel, and glares at by Amelia "WHAT THE HECK?!"

"Let's leave the grump pants Britt!" Rachel wraps a hand around Brittany "We have competition tonight and then 3 days to relax!"

"YAY!" Brittany skips "More worm days!"

"Come on San I wanna show you the room!" Amelia grabs Santana's hand and takes off "Let's go!"

"You're scared aren't you?" I don't look at Quinn but nod "She loves you Sebastian...so much that...I'm not supposed to say"

"What?" I turn to Quinn and she looks at the ground "Quinn?"

"Santana took a developmental Chemo treatment to get better quicker" Quinn looks back up at me with a sad smile "She did it so you wouldn't have to pay anymore and you'd be able to stop worrying"

"Sh-she didn't tell me" Quinn nods and I look back to where Santana disappeared with her mom "Can you come with me? Please"

"Of course" Quinn grabs my arm and gives it a squeeze "But lets take a few minutes to let everything digest first"

I nod and we go sit down in the lobby chairs. I'm too lost to fully recognize anything else. She risked having another cancer or not healing for me. She risked it just so I didn't have to worry. Now I gotta figure out what to say.

-Time skip- Santana pov-
Knock knock

"Hang on" I walk to the door and open it seeing Quinn beside a emotionless Sebastian "What did you do?"

"I think it's better to talk inside" I step out of the way and Quinn leads Sebastian into the room as I close the door behind them "Let's all sit"

"San!" My mom runs into the room holding shampoo "It's so sma-is everything ok?"

"Can we all sit please?" I nod at Quinn's words and soon my Mami sits down in a chair beside me "I'm only here as support"

"I know about the chemo treatments" I feel all color leave my body "I'm not upset...kinda I wish you would've told me...but I also need to say I'm scared..I'm scared when you graduate I'll be alone and that you'll wanna leave me! I'm scared you'll find someone better and I'll be nothing but a footnote in your memoir! I-I'm scared that I won't be good enough"

"Oh Seb" I reach out and grab his closest hand "You will never be alone! No matter what it'll be you and me! And I'm sorry I didn't tell you about the treatment...I just wanted you to not have to worry anymore"

"That's my job San" Sebastian finally looks at me with a sad expression "I love you and I'm gonna be worries no matter what! That's just how I am! Because I love you too much to lose you!"

"I love you too" I get out of my chair and hug him tightly "I love you so much"

"Don't ever leave me" Sebastian wraps his arms around me and starts shaking from his sobs "Don't leave me please"

"I won't" I sniffle with my own tears falling "I'll never leave you"

-7 years later-
"MICHAEL! STOP HITTING YOUR SISTER!" I try and grab the toy bat from my son "You can't bludgeon her no matter how much you want to!"

"She stole my game!" Michael stops in front of me when Angel hides behind my legs "Give it back!"

"Hey what's going on here?" I look up at my husband who sets his papers down and walks into the apartment "You aren't trying to kill your sister again are you?"

"She stole my game!" Michael turns to Angel again "She won't give it back!"

"Angel did you take his game?" Angel slowly walks out from behind me and hands out the small disk "What do we say?"

"Sorry" Michael grabs the disk and walks away "Am I in trouble?"

"I don't know" I look at My husband "Is she in trouble?"

"I think I know a perfect trash can for her" He grabs her and she laughs as he carries her to the kitchen "Lets get her in before they come to pick up!"

"No I be good daddy!" He flips her to look at him and smiles "I sorry I steal"

"Thank you" she sits her down and when she runs he walks to me "How was your day?"

"As good as being Santana Lopez can be" I give him a quick kiss "How was practice?"

"I may get the part of the main character!" I cheer and he spins me around "We are going to be able to have more money and possibly move!"

"That's good but I hope that happens soon" I get placed down and given a confused look "You Sebastian Smythe are about to become a new dad again"

"You're pregnant?" I nod and I'm picked up and spun again laughing "Oh my god! We are gonna be parents again!"

"Yes we are!" After some more spinning I'm standing in front of Sebastian smiling "I love you"

"I love you too" He gives me a big kiss "Now let's go tell the kids then Amelia"

Yes I know this wasn't the end some people would like but I didn't know how to end it and I actually liked this ending. I've been battling on how much more I'd go and if I'd end it right here. To me this was the best option. Thank you to those who supported this story!
