Natasha aka Nipper sat in the cafeteria, listening to her fellow delinquents gossip about new people and people who have been here for years all the same. With her "disadvantage" in the world people seem to like to pick on her and admire her at the same time.

Maddox aka Cockroach lay on the couch in the lounge watching an argument go down about the who broke the pool table. Lots of gossip surrounded around him and his "secret" past.

When the two and forty eight other juvenile delinquents get sent to a new prison camp opened to make room in the other prisons and detention centers for juveniles, they go on a wild ride.
