CHAPTER 1: JOINING FAIRY TAIL

~WENDY'S POV~

Hmm another day in this boring castle. I looked out of my balcony and saw the town. I wish I can explore right now and be a normal teenager but sadly I can't. Its because of my dragon slayer magic. I'm a sky dragon slayer and there's not so many people who have my type of magic. There's this bad guy Zeref and he's trying to get my magic. I don't know why he wants it. He's one of the most evilest and powerful wizards out there so why would he want mine?

I guess he just wants more power. Its my dream of being a member of the Fairy Tail guild. My mother would never let me. You know what?!! No I'm not going to stay in this castle forever! I'm 14 years old for crying out loud!! How am I supposed to be queen one day when I don't even have a clue what's going on in the real world?!! But how do am I gonna do it with these guards? Mmm I'll just jump of my balcony!! Seems easy enough but I can't let anybody recognize me!! I'll just wear a cloak!! I grabbed it and put in on. I look back and forth. 'No I need to this!! I don't wanna live like this anymore!! I've been this dumb castle long enough!'I thought. I finally did it. I jumped of the balcony and surprisingly it was a soft landing.

I saw the a few guards. I moved swiftly and hidden myself in the shadows. They passed by and I quickly ran. As I got deep enough into the forest that separate the castle and town, I started to walk. It was a long walk, but I didn't mind.

Mmm so this is how it looks outside!! This is pretty cool!! Hmm how is it far to Fairy Tail? I'll just ask around!! I saw a guy with spikey pink hair he's wearing open vest with a scarf and shorts. He looks 18 years old. "Hi! Umm do you know where the Fairy Tail guild is?"I asked him politely. He looks up to me and smiled. "Yeah! I happen to be a member!"said the pink haired guy as he shows me her dark red emblems on his right arm. "No way!! You're a member? I can't believe I'm talking to Fairy Tail member!"I said excitedly.

"Yep. I'm guessing you wanna join?"he asked with a grin. "Yes! I would love to join!"I said excitedly. "Then let's get going! Oh wait we have to wait for someone?"he said. "Oh who?"I asked. Just then a blue cat with wings came up to him. "Natsu look how big this fish is! I caught it myself!"said the cat. "Oh nice job little buddy!"he said. "Oh who's this?"asked the cat still drooling over the fish. "This is... Wait umm what's your name?"he asked. "I'm Wendy!"I said.

"Oh nice to meet ya Wendy! I'm Natsu and this is my partner Happy!"said Natsu. "Nice to meet you little lady!"said Happy. "Its nice to meet you guys!"I said. "Aye! So whatcha doing here?"asked Happy. "I was asking Natsu to show me where Fairy Tail is. I wanna join."I said with a smile. "Well come on!"said Happy. "Yeah let's get going."said Natsu. "Are you also a member Happy?"I asked. "Aye I've been there my whole life!"said Happy.

We started walking to Fairy Tail. I looked around as I walked. People are selling things, talking and a playing music. I know I'm gonna get in trouble but I just wanna live for once. "So Wendy what magic do you use?"asked Natsu. "Oh umm.... Why don't you tell me your magic."I said with nervous smile. "I'm a Fire dragon slayer! My father Igneel taught me how to!"said Natsu with a toothy grin. "Aye I use Aera magic! I just summon my wings so I can fly."said Happy. "Wow Natsu you're a dragon slayer?!!"I said disbelief. "Yeah I am!"said Natsu. "That's so cool."I said. "So what type of magic do you use?"asked Natsu. "Oh umm... I use... "Look we're here!"said Happy.
